Although very firm seats….these are very supportive for posture.easy to get in and out of and easy to assemble

I was really disappointed in this chairFirst it’s plastic but also when you sit in itSadly it doesn’t form to your back alignment making it very uncomfortable

This garden seat is made of plastic but not your typical garden chair type stuff. It is thick and solid, it feels like wood and is even heavier.This is going to last for years in the garden and is surprisingly comfortable but I would add some cushions.Putting together can be a bit awkward only due to the weight. Most of it is pre-built but adding the last few bits sort of requires 2 people even if one is only to support the weight.Looks great and will last a long time, even has a cup holder!

A very incompetent person (me!) assembled the chair and it took just over an hour. The instructions were very clear and all screws and bolts labelled well. I personally don’t find the position that comfortable as you can't adjust the tilt, but in all honesty I think that is probably just due to my bad posture.I like the fact that it's an HDPE chair, as there is no real maintenance involved, like there would be if it was wood. I'm also hoping that it means it'll have a much longer life span than a wooden one.I love the little fold away cup holder, I'm not sure why, I think it just reminds me of holidays or something, anyway whatever, it's cute and I like it!I like the fact that you can have the foot rest out or you can conveniently tuck it away. I think that's a good and practical design feature.Would I recommend? Just because I like a chair with a recliner option, that is not a reason for me for me to knock this chair as it really is a great chair. It's a quality product and I'm very happy to recommend.

This is a fantastic garden chair and I couldn’t be happier with the end results, but it was a bit of a mission to build.They don’t tell you to put the leg rest in at the start, and by the time we realised it needed to be slotted in we were almost finished and had to take it all apart again. Thankfully the rest of it was quite a straight forward build and with two us it didn’t take too long.The chair itself is lovely. Not only does it look great but it feels incredibly solid and is actually very comfortable to sit on as is (though I’ll likely be investing in some cushions for it as well).It looks like it’s made from wood and until you touch it you can’t tell that it’s actually HDPE (a very strong and durable plastic). This makes is fully waterproof and the fact you don’t have to treat it every few years makes it a worth while investment in my eyes.Overall I’m really happy with this chair and already contemplating buying a second to match! It is pricey but it’s a solid and well made item that will last so I do think it’s worth it and would recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  VonHaus Grey Adirondack Chair & Folding Foot Stool.I absolutely love the VonHaus Grey Adirondack Chair & Folding Foot Stool!It arrives flat packed and requires assembly, but the instructions are easy to read and understand and you get a mini spanner and all the nuts, bolts and washers that you need, we had the chair built in around half an hour taking it slowly.The chair is made from Waterproof HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) so unlike wood it will never need painting and it wont rot!The quality of the chair is very good indeed and it feels like it will last for years!Its quiet heavy at around 26kg so it should be safe from the wind at least.The chair has a foot stool that slides out from under the seat so you can put your feet up and it also has a pull out drinks holder which is very handy for those sunny days, its also very comfy, and the cat likes it too!Overall for £119 at the time of reviewing I am REALLY happy with the chair and will be looking for more items in the Adirondack range!

Two tips for assembly: 1. make sure you have inserted to footstool into the seat part before you start assembly; 2. The two rear stays go inside of the seat part at the bottom end not outside as illustrated.The seat is made from attractive and strong material similar to that used for plastic decking (not recommended for environmental reasons). It looks good in the grey colour supplied. But is is remarkably uncomfortable with no rake adjustment and also difficult to get out of. Assembly was quite slow for us and it is rather large to assemble inside.
