I’ve had the Oura ring for a month now and I love it so much! I had wanted this ring since it first came out but could never afford it. Now that you can use your FSA/HSA, it is possible. Since I used mine, I went with my favorite color rose gold. The color itself is gorgeous but not a true rose gold. It’s more of a true gold. Doesn’t matter because it’s beautiful and so functional. I look forward to waking up and checking my stats on the app. It is so accurate too! I thought I was getting a bit sick one day and it told me to take it easy so it picked up on the changes within my body. The sleep tracking is what I mainly got the ring for. I have trouble tossing and turning all night and this ring picks up on my sleep cycles. It will give suggestions of when you should go to sleep to get a better night’s rest. It is pretty comfortable to sleep with as well. Doesn’t bother me at all.Choosing the right size of ring is very important. Since our fingers do tend to swell in our sleep and with the weather. I recommend sizing up. I usually wear a size 8 but with the sizing kit, I found I had to size up to a 9. Even when my finger has swelled, it’s not uncomfortable at least for me.I have seen a lot of people being put off on the monthly subscription. Although it would be nice not to have to pay for one, I don’t mind it.As far as the work out option, I haven’t gotten a chance to test it. I do feel it needs better options to choose from with the workout options they have. If it were more like the options on my Apple Watch, it would make it even better. I also feel the period tracking could be better. It’s very basic. Just lets you choose a start date and your flow. This is what I wish Oura could put more effort into tweaking on the app. Its period predictability is pretty spot on. But why should we have to use a separate app if we want to get a more detailed breakdown of our menstrual cycle?I know there are other competitors with more reasonable pricing but Oura really is the way to go. I was able to easily put in my order here and got it the next day! Don’t order through the Oura site though. I had an order on their site that was taking forever to get any updates on my order and as it turns out, they were so backed up because they were busy fulfilling their Amazon contract. So just cancelled with them and ordered here and it worked out. If you’re debating on getting one, just do it!

I love this ring. I’ve only been having to charge it about once a week so the battery lasts. I’ve definitely dropped it a lot and nothing has stopped working so it’s fairly durable. It’s also waterproof and I’ve gone swimming with it multiple times without issue. It does get scratched easily if you don’t get the matte version but I feel like that’s to be expected of most jewelry like this. It’s very accurate in its data though and helpful in tracking sleep and monitoring heart rates. You do have to keep an oura subscription for it to work but it’s pretty cheap and worth the money.

Wife absolutely loves this. It tracks her sleep and activities. Good battery life and quick to charge when she needs to. Fits well and nice design.

I was on the fence for a while, but decided to splurge and buy myself an Oura ring. I wish I bought it sooner! I've been an apple watch wearer for many years, but wanted more insights as I've been on a health and wellness journey. The ring was annoying at first, but now I hardly think about it or feel it. It's light weight and not obtrusively thick. I strongly recommend getting the sizing kit first and wearing the sizer for a while to get a feel for the ring. I chose to size it to fit my left pointer finger. The battery life is insane! I only have to charge it every few days. The sensors on the 3 don't hurt or feel weird or anything. I always wondered how legit this thing was, and if they could really tell what was going on but sure enough I wore it for a small inpatient procedure and my ring told me something was greatly stressing my body and I needed to take it easy! It's wild how it just knows! I also love learning about my sleep score and what effects it.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon for a while now, and overall, I’m really impressed. It’s sleek, comfortable, and barely noticeable on my finger. The health tracking features—especially heart rate, activity, and readiness scores—are insightful and help me stay on top of my wellness. The battery life is also great, lasting about 4-5 days on a single charge.However, one issue I’ve noticed is that the sleep tracking isn’t always accurate. If I’m lying in bed using my phone before sleep, the ring sometimes assumes I’m already asleep, which slightly skews my sleep data. Also, it doesn’t detect naps in my car. It would be great if this could be improved in future updates.Aside from that, it’s an excellent wearable for anyone looking for a health tracker. Definitely worth considering!

I've had this for a while now and wanted to wait to see what it does before I wrote a review. I WAS a fitbit fanatic, until now! I found the sizing kit to be accurate, the ring itself is amazing! It is intuitive once it gets to know your routine, predicts when you are getting sick, offers small reads to help with some wonky results, I love this thing. I have learned to stay active, better manage my stress, getting up early to start moving more than before, going to bed on time, and so much more! It all helps to contribute to a healthier me... I wear it in the shower, when I go swimming, no issues with being in water.
