Disappointed
I really love their products and have always enjoyed using them. However, I was disappointed this time because the packaging was already open when I received it. Since I wasn't able to inspect the product properly and felt unsure about its condition, I decided to return it. I plan to re-order a new one and look forward to enjoying it as I have in the past. Overall, I appreciate the quality of their products and hope to receive a new, unopened item next time.
