Good outdoor/emergency thermal blanket solution
I found this product because I had purchased the drybag from the same company and was impressed by how well it worked to keep all my stuff dry when I'm out and about on hikes. This new product is again up the nature lover's alley, while I find it versatile and could be used pretty much anywhere. I got the 6 pack and I opened one upon delivery (I'm a curious individual so I had to see what I was getting). I must say that the product is thicker and sturdier than expected. Since the product is made with Mylar, I immediately thought of "Happy Birthday" balloons from the local florist. However, the type of Mylar is thicker and definitely seems more resistant to ripping than I'm experienced in the past. I took it out to the back of our yard and in about 60 degree weather I was really putting my health at risk. However, enquiring minds want to know so I rolled it over myself like a human burrito, and it went around me fully once and then another half. I waited for a couple minutes, and I could feel it preserving my natural body warmth back from the mylar. I was convinced, so I put 2 in each of our cars so we could have it for emergencies. Since I already opened one for testing, gonna be re-ordering so my in-laws can have them for their cars too. Keep the good stuff coming Tebrion.

The Real Deal! The E-Book is Ok.
I used to use a non-branded Mylar blanket and was poorly made! It's not as durable and rips easily! This blanket actually has a great amount of coverage. When you need to retain your body heat, you definitely do not want any small openings. It defeats the purpose of keeping the heat around your body! The E-book has good information on how to further use the product, but it is definitely not as complete as I wanted it to be. I think they can spend a bit more time on creating a FULL e-book versus a quick tips and tricks overview. Pictures would definitely help a visual learner like myself.

I was kinda surprised how quickly I started feeling warmer and comfortable. I folded it back up into a ziplock ...
Never went camping but thought I'd get these just in case something happens. So they were intended for emergency purposes and didn't think I would use them on this trip. But I did end up using one because it was so cold at night. Thank goodness I had them. I was kinda surprised how quickly I started feeling warmer and comfortable. I folded it back up into a ziplock bag and now it's in my car trunk so I can reuse them if needed. I gave the extra's to the rest of my family.

Just In Case!
Heard a lot of good things about Mylar blanket in the past. I decided to get one just in case I ever need to use one. Got multiple packs and decided to open one up to see. The first impression that I noticed right away was its size. This blanket is HUGE! I’m a skinny Asian guy and this can easily fits 2 adults with no problem! I love the value that I’m getting with this brand. The e-book is great, would love to see pictures though! Great buy!

Double sided feature is an advantage
Love the 2 sided feature of the blanket. It does help me to distinguish which side should be facing my body. I also love the size of this blanket. It is large enough to cover my whole body. A great size to create a spacious shade on a hot and rainy day!

... that I never do) but they are small and easy to fit into first aid bags and travel
I haven't had to use these emergency blankets yet (and I hope that I never do) but they are small and easy to fit into first aid bags and travel kits

Convenient and good option for emergency heat
Super light and compact. Traps heat in surprisingly well given how thin the blankets are. Durable enough so I don't have to worry about it ripping since I tend to roll around in my sleep.

but didn’t have a good experience with it since it rips so easily
Lasts for Days!!I used Mylar blanket in the past, but didn’t have a good experience with it since it rips so easily. However, this one seems different and it lasted for days throughout my Colorado camping trip. On my last day of the camp, I used it to cover myself from early morning drizzles! And this was my first pack!
