This was perfect. Was quick delivery too. It looks great on the ashes grave. No change with all the horrible weather and rain either. Really happy with it. Great price too.

I'm in shock at the quality of this memorial vase, firstly the actual box the weight it is heavy and solid the gold disc where you put the flowers us plastic but as metal rusts I'm happy with that design the picture plaque again amazing quality it's just over all a stunning piece. I was nervous when I bought it for my mum's grave I thought for that price I didn't expect much I was so wrong when I opened it I cried I was am so over joyed my mum would be proud of it too Buying things on line can be hit or miss I'm more than happy to review this as a A+ Hit 🎯 I absolutely love it 😍

I’m delighted with this item. Looks really lovely and good quality. Very prompt delivery too. Looks a lot more expensive than what I paid. Reasonable size and weight. This is the second one I’ve bought and I would highly recommend. 100% happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately the item that I have received is not great, the picture is a piece of card that is stuck to the vase. Mine is not central, there is a gap to the top, rather than it being a small equal gap top and bottom. Then it is glued flat on the right hand side and then lifted on the left hand side. It can be compressed in on the left hand side giving a clicking noise indicating the surface underneath is not flat and lower than the right hand side. The overall effect is one of very poor quality, it looks awful and certainly not something worthy of honouring a loved one. I contacted the seller explaining the above and asking for a return and their response was AWFUL! Their response to me was: "that is correct all these are hand cast so the slot size varies slightly for the plate to be inserted into these are only bonded on in the centre not the edges to allow for expansion during temperature changes so the plate doesnt come off that is how it is ment to be and not faulty" There was no salutation, no apology, given the nature of this product, purchased for a lost loved one, you would expect a level of empathy. What is worse, once they sent this message they simply closed my case!!!! I have replied to them asking why they have done this as we have not yet reached a resolution and I'm currently awaiting a reply. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. This item is most certainly not of satisfactory quality and the listing does not mention at all that the photo may be badly placed and unevenly stuck, if it did, I would never have purchased it! Hopefully they will respond soon and arrange a return and if so I will update my review to let you know the outcome. But for now I would advise anyone considering purchasing this item to be aware of the possible quality of the item and that if you do receive something that isn't satisfactory you will encounter an unhelpful, unsympathetic seller. If I could give zero stars I would have done. Amazon should really consider having this seller on their site as they do not align with Amazon's usual level of excellent customer service.

Made up with this . Didn't expect the photo to show up as well as it has . Comes very well wrapped and in the time limit it says . Fits nicely on the stone . It's sturdy and shouldn't fall over when the cemetery grass cutters come round . Put artificial Heather in for now until i can find the right artificial freesia flowers , would highly recommend the seller . update 02/02/2025 after buying this June 2024 , i ordered another one Jan 25 for my Nan's grave , again loved it . Went to my dad's grave this morning and gutted to see the photo is peeling away ( 3rd photo ) not weatherproof at all sadly . If anyone knows how to stop my Nan's doing the same , please advise . 2nd update , photo now gone and the bottom writing has faded . As lovely as it is , it cannot cope with the weathers , this is just a couple of months over a year . Good for the price but will have to look for something that will last .

I ordered this as a memorial for a loved one and was pleasantly surprised. The printing is crisp, the pot is good quality and feels sturdy, and the roses sit beautifully. It’s elegant without looking gloomy — a lovely, heartfelt tribute.

I received this today and I am very pleased with this item i recommended this item to anyone well worth the money and value for the money as well I showed it to my sister and now she is thinking of getting one as she likes it as well
