You have to physically hold the bulb on to the end of the tube. It fell off 4 times while I attempted to inflate it. also, it basically constricts your neck and chokes you. May work well with those with a long lean neck but if you have a shorter neck, the strap would go across your chin (thereby not being long to velcro close) or directly under your chin compressing your soft pallet into your esophagus so you cannot breathe. The straps are short for a thicker neck. I would think this design would be dangerous unless you are upright and aware. I would not put this on, strap it, and inflate it if you are sleepy, intend on sleeping, or simply pass out from the compression like a choke hold. You could suffocate. If you have a lean long neck and wear it briefly, it's probably fine

This is awesome! I have only used it once so far but it works exactly as stated. It took me a bit to figure out the little stopper that plugs the air from coming out. I should have read the instructions first. Keep it away from your dog. My pup sees me with this and thinks it should be one of his toys.

This is the 3rd cervical neck pillow I've owned. They wear out when using daily and there are a ton to choose from. Of the 3 I've had thus far, this is my favorite. The reason they wear out is due to the velcro wearing out and in the case of the 1st one a small link where the air tubing is connected to the pillow. This pillow has the best system to hold the "U" shape in place. I actually forwarded this pillow link to my neurologist for him to recommend to patients. I hope my review helps someone because there are a heck of a lot of pillows to choose from.

I have no complaints about the product except that it didn't work in my particular case to relieve neck pain. I'm writing a review because the product page says to send item back for a refund and when I tried, I was informed that this item is non-returnable. Just beware.

My wife has very bad neck problems. She liked it so much we bought a second one. She is in far less pain when she is wearing it.

I bought this product and after a normal use during three weeks the material came undone and starting losing the air. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this product....you get what you paid for.

I ordered this item to help relieve my stiff neck. Basically all it did was cut off circulation and restricted air to my head. The design is ineffective and cheaply made. Don’t waste your money.

This item does not hold air beyond a few minutes, even with the valve completely closed. Foolish me assumed that I could return the item if it did not work for me--NOPE!! No returns allowed. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
