D3 vitamini ileri yaşlarda gerekli ve kışın daha da gerekli. Günde 1000 IU idame dozu, ama 10 000 IU olan dozuda var ve doktor tavsiyesiyle 15 günde bir yüksek doz, diğer günler düşük doz alıyorum. Aslında K2 ile almak özümsenmesi açısından çok daha iyi ama nedense bu sefer alırken dikkat etmemişim.
