really like this eye mask. It’s USB powered, so I just plug it into my desk or laptop and it works right away. The cotton material feels soft and comfortable, not itchy at all. I also like that the cover can be taken off and washed, which makes it easy to keep clean. It’s been super helpful when I’m working or studying and need to relax my eyes a bit. Definitely a good everyday companion.

Perfect size and it worked great when I tested it the afternoon it arrived. Has not worked since. Not at all. Didn't even get remotely warm. Very disappointed. Will be returning it

So far so good with this smallish eye mask that I use for dry eye. Was reviewed on YouTube by an ophthalmologist saying that it stays at the proper temperature to melt the meibum. I like the size and shape so that it does not cook areas that don't need it. After a few uses I thought it was not heating up but you need to be wearing it to appreciate the temperature. I use it on high and preheat it for a few minutes so I get the full 20 minutes required. If it stops working I will update this and return it. If it lasts 3 to 6 months I'd be happy for the price I paid.

Unfortunately, mine was defective. However, things happen and if it did work (one side didn't warm up) it's well constructed, bright and large text on the unit and a great instruction pamphlet. It's also easy to use and has a timer. It's a bummer it came with an issue, but things happen and I'll get a replacement.

Works well, but usually have to leave on medium high as the lower setting doesnt seem warm enough. I use every night and so far works very good.

I’ve found using this heated eye mask daily significantly reduced the need of using eye drops. That is a cost saver! My eye doctor confirmed that it was a great method to treat dry eye. I also find using this eye mask calming and relaxing. I like the 3 heat settings and choice of amount of use time. I started with medium heat for 30 mins and now do medium high for 30 mins. Mask material is soft and comfortable. I would recommend the heated mask to anyone dealing with dry eye.

Does as it says, time will tell how good it is

it's barely warm, barely effective despite charging it for an hour. Use a heated towel instead.

The product got defective within 5 days of use. Not worth buying.
