Incredible! I've been using an eye mask that has to be heated in the microwave. But this one is so convenient. It has several heat settings and time settings. It plugs in so no battery necessary. Very comfortable too.

Due to recurring clogged tear ducts, my eye doctor recommended this type of eye therapy along with cleansing eyelid wipes. She specifically stated whichever item I chose it should have the capability of producing moist heat, to help soften the 'stuff' clogging my tear ducts. After reviewing the many choices out there, I decided on the Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask because of the moist heat capability, choice of heat levels, and the remote having a built in timer. I've been using it every couple of weeks for a few months now and highly recommend it. The cleansing eyelid wipes I purchased, to use with the Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, were Noveha Purifying Eyelid Cleansing Wipes, which I also recommend. The whole process is SO relaxing and therapeutic for my clogged tear ducts, not to mention the eye fatigue so many of us suffer from due to working on a computer, staring at those monitors for hours each workday. I place a moist paper towel on the eye mask, letting it warm up for about 5 minutes, meanwhile I use one of the cleansing eyelid wipes, then remove the paper towel, set the timer on the remote for 20 minutes, cover my eyes with the now warm moist eye mask, sit back and usually fall asleep, thankful for the timer knowing it will automatically turn off. Again, I highly recommend this product.

I have developed severe dry eye. I've gone through a series of treatments which were effective but i will need to use a mask daily to maintain the progress I've made. I put the mask on when I'm in bed ready for sleep and set the timer for 30 min with the heat on the high setting. Works great except for two minor annoyances which may only be annoying to me because I use it when I'm trying to go to sleep. First, the light in the little controller device is bright. VERY bright. Not a major deal since the mask blocks the light from me but my wife grumbles a bit. Secondly, the buttons on the control unit protrude away from the face of the unit rather than being recessed. This can result in fairly minor movements putting pressure on one of the buttons and changing the settings or turning the unit off completely. As mentioned, these are minor concerns and may only be noticed by someone using the mask while trying to go to sleep.

So far so good with this smallish eye mask that I use for dry eye. Was reviewed on YouTube by an ophthalmologist saying that it stays at the proper temperature to melt the meibum. I like the size and shape so that it does not cook areas that don't need it. After a few uses I thought it was not heating up but you need to be wearing it to appreciate the temperature. I use it on high and preheat it for a few minutes so I get the full 20 minutes required. If it stops working I will update this and return it. If it lasts 3 to 6 months I'd be happy for the price I paid.

I've been using this product for blepharitis. The drugstore microwave eye patches are way too large for me and only last five minutes. The Aroma Heated Eye Mask fits me well and I appreciate the timer feature. I had a question about the heat settings and Customer Service responded immediately--to my surprise--and honored their warranty by sending me a new unit just to make sure all my issues were taken care of. Good investment!

Original Review: This mask was initially a game changer. After dealing with the inconveniences of hot-water compresses and microwaveable masks, I finally found this product and it made managing the symptoms so much easier. The microwaveable masks get cold very quickly and are a huge inconvenience as you have to take time out of your day to microwave them and lay down in 10 minute sessions. With this electric mask you can put it on before bed and go to sleep. It'll stay on for up to an hour. So the good is that it works, theoretically.So why the low review? Well, unfortunately my mask stopped working in a few months and since I work in the electronics industry I decided to repair it myself. What I found was a staggering number of manufacturing defects. Firstly, the overmoulding at the USB connector, DC power connector to the mask, and within the heating element of the mask all caused a short circuit in each of the 4 locations. Also, the strain relief at the control box was completely useless and caused the wires to simply break off at the solder joints on the PCB inside. This also happened at both locations. The fact that it ever worked at all is simply amazing.So to translate all of that to a non-electronics person, this product is very cheaply made with little to no quality control and there is a very good chance that yours will stop working soon and you'll be forced to buy another one. Maybe I got an item out of a bad batch, but to me it looks a lot more like cheap manufacturing which typically doesn't change for drop-shipped stuff like this that's made in China. I still recommend an electric/heated mask, but not this one.Update: After repairing the manufacturing defects that I found, I used the mask for another two months or so until it broke again. This time it broke inside of the mask itself where I can't repair it. I took a closer look at other reviews and this seems very common. I'm lowering my review from 2 stars to 1. I also sense that there is deception involved as there is a new product page for the exact same product, which of course will prevent shoppers from seeing previous reviews so I have copied this review to both pages.

Mask worked great at the beginning and heated up to temperature required but three weeks later it only warmed up but not to required temperature. So it no longer serves the purpose.

This is the 2nd review of Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask. Got in touch with Customer Service regarding the warranty and they were AWESOME! I still had a month + left and the mask was no longer heating up after 4-5 uses. I now have an upgraded mask with controller that works well. Thank you for standing behind your product.
