I keep buying this! I love the liquid form of supplements because they are more easily absorbed by the body, making them potentially more effective than solid forms like pills or capsules. This is a great all natural zinc liquid I'm very satisfied with it overallPrice not bad an It definitely does help keep you with the proper amount of zinc u need only complaint is it don't specify how much an adult should take only for children is listed I had to research just to know exactly how much adults should specifically take
