OPI is my go to nail varnish. I enjoy a good manicure in a salon using normal polish, but in between times I do my own nails at home and need the colour to stay on and not chip. I won’t wear gels any more as they ruin my nails. This infinite shine system really works for me and has been known to last me 9 days still looking great albeit with a pale colour.

This was well worth purchasing. I use it with infinite shine nail varnish (which in itself is great quality and lasts well) but it lasts so much better using this base and top coat. Easy to apply and dries really quickly

As expected easy to use

Easy to use and creates salon looking nails. The only downside I would say is how long each coat takes to dry.

These products, when used together, are fantastic. I used to really struggle between wanting the durability of gel but the ease of regular nail polish - this is the middle ground. There are some reviews for this product saying that it still chips, it still creases etc, but that’s not an issue I’ve faced with these. When used properly, my nails last a week minimum - I usually get bored of the colour before they begin to chip! I think it just needs to be accepted that if you want this to work well, you need to realise it takes time. Two coats of the base, making sure it’s dry in between, then *thin* layers of your nail polish, again letting it dry between, before two coats of the top coat and be careful whilst they dry fully (about an hour, it takes TIME). It works best with OPI polish, as you’d expect, but I’ve had good results with other brands as well like Essie. Would absolutely recommend!

I bought this as an alternative to gel polish and used it with a colour in the same system. Unfortunately, over serveral days of trying, no matter what I did, it just would not dry properly. I applied very thin coats and even left several hours between them. It would appear completely fine, but then suddenly smudge. For example, I applied it on my toes a few hours before bed and it seemed perfect the next morning, but then after I took my socks off at the end of the day, the fabric texture was actually imprinted into it! How is that even possible after that amount of time? After at least 6-8 attempts over several days, I just gave up as I needed my toes done to wear sandals, and this was taking up so much time and effort. Thankfully, I had a Barry M polish which dried in minutes and saved the day. It’s quite disappointing that a standard polish could be applied so easily and dry so quickly, while this much more expensive and highly thought of product was still smudging a full day after applying. I really wanted this to work as a gel alternative, but it is not fit for purpose and I will be returning all products. I would give zero stars if I could.

OPI products are great. My nails are stronger and longer, rarely chip and I only have to redo once a week. I get great comments now I have swapped to these products

You will never get a better system for at home nail painting. Infinite shine if done correctly is often more durable than gel. It looks a lot more natural preserving the shape and details of the nails while still looking as flawless and eye catching as gel.You of course have to stick to using only infinite shine colors for the step two but they always end up looking AMAZING.It will last a month easily without chipping at all. Very easy to touch up. It just makes nails pop so nicely.Very very worth it! Although I will say that you should be sure to buy some bail polish thinner (any brand) because this stuff dries up very very quickly and will get thick and goopy in the bottle. Easily solved by periodically adding a few drops of thinner to the step 1 and 3 butalso colors.I really really like how the colors and finish pop just as nicely as gel polish, but without the hassle of uv lights. It's easier to correct mistakes too. And yet you can still see the exact shape of the nails without the thick "pressed on" look.

OPI is the best nail polish, top coat I have ever used. I’ve been a OPI client for almost 20 years. Yes, they’re on the expensive side but the polish can last two weeks without chipping or peeling. Even a professional manicure doesn’t always last that long. I love it

Wow my polish stays on all week with this base and topcoat. I have natural nails and only use OPI or Essie polishes
