Easy to chew, nice tasting
I like the gummies over the tablets. Gummies are not sweet like candy and taste great to me. They work for me to help quiet my mind and relax to fall asleep.

The best sleep gummies so far
These sleep gummies are the only thing that actually help me fall asleep most of the time I've tried many others and they don't work this one seems decently effective for me and I don't wake up groggy or anything and The taste is not bad either I recommend 5x strength the 3x strength doesn't affect me at all but this one it's a great product although I can use something stronger but this is the best I've found over the counter
