Updated Review: After wearing these for a while, I felt that it was fair to update my review and add more stars. While these did hurt my nose and leave big sores and scabs (I found a trick) with the sores in my nose, these were still the best and so I kept using them. They have been hands down the best that I've found to actually open my nasal passages enough to breathe at night. What I ended up doing was putting some triple antibiotic ointment up my nose (for the sores) but, in turn found that by doing so they no longer hurt my nose with the ability to slide as I move around at night. They stay in place but, don't grab your sensitive skin. You could use Vaseline along with these and you will not have any discomfort at all and even better, you'll be able to breathe!!! Based on this little addition to my nightly routine, I now highly recommend these! Original review: Works great but, makes my nose hurt and I get huge sores in my nose.

Years ago i tried all trhe nasal dilators on the market and this worked best for me. I wear them to sleep every night. They take a little time to get used to, but the improved breathing is worth it. Package says to discard each device after 15 days use but I probably get 50 or more nights for each one before discarding. I do wash them each day and soak In alcohol every few days.

I love the idea and functionality of this product. I’m fact, I have purchased several of the original ones, and now have 4 packs of the sport (8 total, as they come 2/pack). They work better than breathe right strips when I run, and I even occasionally use them at bedtime as well, but the area that “hugs” the septum starts to feel sharp after too many uses. I have taken time off and come back to them, but it’s always the same. After maybe 3-4 days of use during runs and at bedtime, I end up with a very tender septum, and am forced to take several days off for it to heal again. The rubber is soft to the touch, so I don’t know why it happens, but it always does… for the last several years of use. I haven’t found anything as effective, but I’m hoping that they’ll figure out how/why it digs into the inner nose. I really mostly love these, but I end up feeling anxious, knowing that I’m going to need to spend several days without them, snoring and mouth breathing during runs. Hopefully someone will make a small adjustment to the contact pony on the septum because that would make these the absolute perfect solution. I can nose breathe while running (which means I get less thirsty and don’t experience a dry scratchy throat from long runs), and my wife doesn’t complain about my snoring when I use them. Just a small tweak would perfect these… or is there something I can do to personalize them? I’m open to suggestions. Even still, if nothing changed, I appreciate the time I get. Having gotten deviated septum surgery already, and still suffers from collapsing nostrils, these things are life changing, truly!!

Been looking for something like this for awhile, as I have a slightly deviated septum and nasal valve collapse, so when I lay down to sleep, it’s very hard to breath out of my right nostril, and I found myself constantly defaulting to mouth breathing to sleep. I have used these for 3 nights so far, so my initial thoughts are below. Night 1: I put it in like an hour before bedtime while still upright just to get used to it. And immediately, I felt a difference, it was like holy crap is this what it’s like to breath properly through BOTH your nostrils? Slept very well, I was initially mindful of only breathing through my nose and it became second nature. I woke up feeling refreshed, like I actually had good, restorative sleep and wasn’t groggy at all. Night 2: slept well again, though I felt more aware of the device. It didn’t hurt, but wasn’t as comfortable as night 1. Still no grogginess. Night 3: I had a super long day and was physically exhausted. I put it before bedtime, and it was pinching just a little bit. Adjusted just a smidge and it seemed fine; however, it came out overnight and I have no idea where it went, and I definitely didn’t sleep as well without it. Pros: -more affordable than other options -flexible and easy to insert - mostly comfortable (I mean let’s be honest, it’s still a plastic piece up your nose) Cons: -the septum piece is stiffer -translucent flesh tone in color - this is a pro if I were wearing this during the day, as it’d be way less noticeable on me; however, when it falls out in the middle of the night, it’s impossible to find. -takes some finagling to get it positioned just right. Overall, I think I’d recommend these. They really do work and make it easier to breath at night, but will take some trial and error to find what works best for you.

I am the wife and to my total dismay it has come to my attention that I snore! My husband is way too kind to complain about it or even mention it, but a pretty good clue was waking up to find his pillow wrapped around his head covering both ears. When I asked him if it was because I snore, he grudgingly admitted it was true. This thing was recommended by a relative and works for me. Once it has been in my nose for a while, I don't even feel it. We both benefit, because I sleep better now too!

These just don’t work.. yes it opens up the nostrils, but with all the material in the way, it seemed like it blocked more air than it allowed in so it actually seemed to make the problem worse.. & on top of that, it was just uncomfortable! My nose actually felt sore the following day after wearing it overnight! My boyfriend who has a larger nose tried it & had the same experience so it’s not even like the sizing was an issue. I was excited to try these out so that I’m not producing so much waste from nose strips, plus I could save some money, but these ain’t it! I returned without issue & got a full refund, but don’t waste your time.

This is my fifth set. Not because they wear out but because i lose them. But that is five sets over 10 years so not that bad considering the alternatives. No peeled nose skin. Does take some getting use to you just have to wear all day to get used it it. I mostly wear at night but I also wear when doing cardio.

It works. After a while it will start hurting some and it will move around a little. Great if you use oxygen.

Niet wat ik ervan verwachtte. Zeer oncomfortabel. Ondanks ik ze steeds volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing plaatste leverde dit wondjes op in de neus. Helpt niet tegen snurken.

Lo uso sin problema, solo espero que no me lastime si me dan un balonazo en la nariz.

Possibly the best value for money product I have ever purchased. I do not feel uncomfortable when the SPORT Intra-Nasal Breathe Aid is in my nose and I think it is really helpful that it can be inserted two different ways to create an obvious extended opening of the nasal passages. I no longer have to be concerned about nasal strips coming unstuck when I am running. The only minor negative is that some people may stare or look at the wearer in a somewhat confused manner as the shape of the wearer's nose alters and the septum band will be visible. There is no doubt that the SPORT Intra-Nasal Breathe Aid helps to increase my airflow and improves my athletic performance.

Llegó en el tiempo indicado y el producto cumple con las expectativas. Lo utilizo para hacer deporte, al principio es algo incómodo, pero te vas adaptando poco a poco.

Viel zu teuer, zu groß und schlechte Qualität. Bleibt nicht in der Nase haften und ist zu labil.
