## Description

FEED GARDEN Glass Hummingbird Feeders, Red,1 Pack

Review: Birds found it quickly - I really like this feeder. It’s pretty, well made, and very easy to fill and clean. The hummingbirds found it within a few hours and now visit throughout the day. The red glass is a beautiful, rich color and stands out so well against the greenery that I can see it from down the street. It includes an ant moat, but I haven’t had ants, so I can’t speak to how well that works.
Review: Does Not Leak - This is the very best hummingbird feeder ever! I’ve had several plastic and glass ones and they all ending up leaking the sugar solution on my deck, which I had to clean all the time. This one does not leak one drop! It is super easy to clean and the “water moat” on top, keeps out ants, which were always a problem in the past. I don’t know why some people complain it is too small. It is just the right size. Besides the feeder should be cleaned every 2 or 3 days, to keep the food fresh. It was a great purchase and I highly recommend buying it.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I prevent bees and ants from accessing the nectar?**
A: The metal flower feeding ports naturally deter bees, and the built-in ant moat (filled with water) prevents ants from reaching the nectar. This dual protection keeps bees and ants away.

**Q: How often should I clean the feeder?**
A: We recommend cleaning every 3-4 days in warm weather, or weekly in cooler temperatures. The wide-mouth glass design makes cleaning effortless - simply hand wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before refilling.

**Q: How do I use the built-in ant moat to keep ants away?**
A: It's very simple! Just fill the moat located above the feeder with plain water. This creates a liquid barrier that ants cannot cross, keeping your nectar safe and ant-free.

**Q: What nectar recipe should I use?**
A: Mix 1 part white granulated sugar with 4 parts water. Boil, cool completely, then fill. Never use honey, artificial sweeteners, or red dye—these can harm hummingbirds.

**Q: Is this suitable as a gift?**
A: Absolutely! This feeder makes a perfect gift for bird lovers, gardeners, and nature enthusiasts for occasions like Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or housewarming celebrations.
