I had piriformis pain march of last year that's progressed into bad SI joint pain starting on the left and now the right as well. I've been steadily medicating for a year and it sucks. Found out these belts exist because of tiktok and thought I'd give it a try. I did intense yard work yesterday, like digging a 10x8 hole, lifting posts ect and this belt was a HUGE help. When worn properly it keeps things in place. I was scared to wake up to intense pain from the day before but I actually didn't have to take any meds. This will be a great tool for others to use while managing and healing SI joint pain. I'll likely only use it during certain activities but I'm wow'd. I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs, got the petite and it fits great. Was worried it would be too small at first but it's a good size. There is some slippage, but I was able to just yank it back down when needed. Velcro is good quality and you can wear it above or under clothing.

Good product, however it does slip out of place after awhile, but I am assuming they all do eventually

I know this is such a standard comment, but I don’t often leave reviews since I simply just forget. However, I will be finally getting S.I. Joint fusion in a few weeks after waiting almost a year for my insurance to finally ok. I guess my right hip is pretty bad and now I have bursitis in my right hip as well adding to the extreme pain. I seem to have lost a lot of balance now as I’ve for some reason begun my pelvis rocking back and forth when I’m standing which might not make sense. My Dr. Has been telling me to order one of these belts for a while to help with the pain but I’ve put it off not knowing what they would look like, assuming it would be some big back brace type thing! Being only 5 feet and 93 pounds, 48 years old I wasn’t excited to look ridiculous. I was so surprised to find this was not at all what I had imagined. Now to my experience…I’ve only had it for TWO days so far but oh my gosh let me tell you this thing is AMAZING!!! I could barely sit before and needed to change positions every few minutes from such deep pain it was becoming unbearable and sleeping wasn’t going any better. By the end of the 1st day I suddenly realized I wasn’t having shooting, throbbing pain in my hips, legs and back while I was sitting and when I laid down I wasn’t in crazy pain! Morning of day 2 while making my coffee, I was thinking about how I felt so “grounded”. Then it hit me that was because my hips weren’t constantly swaying back and forth making me unbalanced so for the first time in a few years I finally felt straight and tall, well as tall as I can be at 5 feet lol! But just solid. It’s something I will never take for granted of again!! This has been such an amazing gift to give to my myself and my body and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to anyone suffering from SI joint issues!!

I had excruciating lower back pain due to sitting for 12 hours a day at work. This brace provided so much support. I bought the petite size which fits so well and my waist size is 26”. This has eased my pain and made my day so much better.
