I would definitely give negative rating, if i was allowed, i am feeling so much frustrated after using this product for 15 days. The screws gets loosed very often, assemble point were damaged and on a night screw broke out and cradle was abt to fall during baby was sleep in the cradle, my heart just dropped wen the cradle dropped, thank god since I was awake was able to take care of baby, new born or any age baby is risk to use this product & its make pathetic crackly sound whenever u swing, I wish I could return this product, very poor quality, at this price very poor quality, don’t even think of buying this product to risk ur new born

Item is good please provide screws to fix it as they are missing

Great quality of cloth material, matress and wood. All over is good with price.

The look nd the quality of the cradle is very nice but after using it for a month the weels are not stable even after I lock them while swinging the cradle it moves and there is an irritating noise from the screws. Overall not much satisfied

Very good product, easy to assemble, rigid and strong product. Some extra fittings are needed as the picture shows below.

Very Computer

I’m writing this after 2 months of use, While it looks decent, it’s started making noise starting itself, this cradle is terrible in practice. The swing mechanism is shaky and loud, which wakes the baby instead of calming them. Also, the mattress pad is too thin, hard, and uncomfortable. There’s no 1 inch gap between bed and floor. Need to buy different cradle now. Waste of money. Not recommended."
