I have a variety of existing shade sails in my backyard. Living in the Arizona heat it's almost mandatory if you want to expand useable space in your backyard during the summer months. Compared to my other existing shade sails, this Amgo shade sail is comparable in price and quality. The stitching and material quality seems to be decent. We will see how well it holds up during the AZ summer.The one area I marked down has to do with the color of the shade sail. The shade sail I ordered was supposed to be Beige. As you can see from the pictures, the color is more of a yellow or mustard color. I have 2 other existing 'Beige' shade sails from other manufacturers unfortunately this color doesn't match either of my existing shades.

wonderful tensioning mechanisms, great for connecting to trees for a more permanent situation. got this for the dogs and it's ample coverage considering there are five good size pups sharing the space. cleaning it will be a thing. we live around a lot of pines and it's liable to droop from the weight. from the pines and from any water that may collect with the rain. tried not to hang it so high maintenance was impossible, but it still needs to be high enough to really optimize its coverage. a good price point for the size too. pretty pleased

We are in Arizona with temps 110°+ but my boyfriend still wants to bar-b-q outside. He needed shade so we got this Sun Shade by Amgo to cover part of our outdoor kitchen area. This Sun Shade has worked out very well, now we have shade for our BBQ & Blackstone. I especially like that the shade is a weave fabric rather than a solid piece of fabric because in addition to crazy heat, Arizona has monsoons with rain and high winds. The sun shade has weathered through a couple rain storms already and has not had any issues. The high winds just blow right through the mesh fabric so there isn’t a worry of the fabric or the attachments being pulled away or damaged due to the high winds. So far very happy with this sun shade sail.

The media could not be loaded. I utilized my own rigging system to hold up the shade so I could easily take it down for the winter. It does the job of creating shade, but with the movement of the sun, the shade moves pretty quick. Still, it does the job it was designed for in a space that a square shade wouldn't have worked. The fabric makes it comfortable to sit under, protects from the rain, as well as things that drop from trees.

I can’t speak to the product use itself because I didn’t even unwrap it when it came… because I ordered beige and it’s clearly yellow. So I can’t give the product anything but a neutral rating.Just posting so you’re aware beige is not beige… it’s yellow.

This is sturdy and well made. I like its attractive neutral tone. The anchors/d-rings are good quality. I’ve had it up in the hot summers sun for a month and it still looks like new.
