product arrived quickly and was well packaged with instruction book in english - the only thing it doesnt tell you is how far away from skin you should use it.i have used it twice for 10min red light therapy and definitely feel an improvement in my neck and shoulders. i have more movement and less pain. so far, i am very impressed.

The actual device is good but the handle is really quite short ( about 6 inches/ 15cms) which makes it difficult to hold against a knee or shoulder blade ( for example) for the required time. On a previous device I had, the handle was easily 12 inches/30cms) long if not more, which made it far more convenient.

It’s a faff and no noticeable effect. The small print says you have to use for a long time multiple times daily, just not practical. I’ve left a couple of stars as who knows maybe it has helped a bit but I don’t think so! If I could I’d be sending it back, very pleased I got it on a deal but still a lot of money to waste.
