Shipping Agent (usps) messed up this shipment in a multitude of ways, but, this seller dug into the matter over more than a few days. Seller was patient, understanding and persistent. I was sent a replacement order and life is good. Fermented foods are wonderful foods for health and lemons are hard to beat for their versatility. Any dish/salad that can use a bit more salty taste and some lemon tang can benefit from this super lemon offering. Six jars for me! BIG THANKS TO SELLER.

I have never tried preserved lemon before but after hearing it mentioned in several cooking shows I wanted to try it.I was very happy to find this one made in the U.S.What a wonderful surprise.Super good. I will buy this again.

This product is great. You can use it anyway you like. Eat them as they are from the jar or use them for cooking or to make your own beverage. You should also try Fermented Salty Lemonade Mixture, it is great during the summer when you need a cold and refreshing drink, not too sweet or salty. Put a lot of ice with it, is the best.

These are so tasty! I use them to flavor salmon or chicken when we are grilling.
