This chair is great! Awesome office chair. Very comfortable and easy to maneuver. The wheels move like butter even on my area rug. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a gaming chair. While it’s great to sit and work in, it’s not the most comfortable chair to recline and lounge in to play games. As an office chair it’s perfect, but not so much as a gaming chair. Overall was a good purchase!

Purchased two of these chairs, one moth apart, about 6 months ago. Great at first but the lower back mesh started to come loose and then came completely off. Pictures show the one chair completely removed and the second chair starting to come apart. Tried contacting the vendor and no response. Not worth the money as it doesn’t last long.

Edit: I'm adding a star as I've used the chair for many hours every single day for over 2 months since I work from home, and it remains as good as the day I received it. The chair is still very comfortable, glides incredibly well, and the rip in the headrest has not spread. The shifting headrest hasn't been much of a problem either, as even though it's relatively loose in terms of the screw, it typically stays where I leave it. I do really like this chair, I just wish the company backed it's product with some sort of customer support when things don't go right. However, let's delve into the issues.Firstly, it's important to note that this is a re-listing. The original listing (ASIN B0C5HN4GVK) had an average rating of 3.5 stars from 190 reviews. Major complaints included 1) wheels falling off due to a vital part made of plastic, 2) the backrest not holding its position and sliding to the bottom, 3) a loose headrest that couldn’t be tightened because the nut for the screw was recessed in plastic and just spun, and 4) a report of the gas lift failing after four months. The company didn’t acknowledge this in the new listing. They could have said it was an improved version but they didn’t. It feels feels deceptive and, unfortunately, is.The company only addressed the wheel issue and re-listed the chair as a new product. However, the other problems remain unresolved. I encountered the backrest problem with the new listing, where it would just drop. The design is flawed; a lever to lock the backrest in place would be a simple fix. I contacted customer service, but despite early reviewers praising their service, recent reviewers (including myself) experienced no response. I emailed them twice and messaged through their website with no reply.The advertised 1-year warranty is meaningless if the company doesn’t support its product. Thankfully, Amazon accepted the return within 30 days and even picked it up from my house, though I had to disassemble it and pack it back into the original box, which was annoying.When the replacement chair arrived, I immediately checked the backrest, which worked fine this time. After reassembling the chair (again, easy but still a hassle), I encountered the headrest problem. It was loose, and the nut for the tightening screw spun around. Additionally, a section of the mesh on the headrest was loose, indicating it might fail soon (picture attached). I want to contact the company to swap the headrest, but with no customer service, I can’t.I do not recommend buying this chair unless you feel very lucky. Most of the other reviews for this new, deceptive listing seem to be from users who received the chair for free in exchange for a review, so their reliability is questionable. I’m keeping the chair only because I don’t want to disassemble and rebuild another one. I’m just hoping the problems don’t get worse…

Very comfortable chair...lightweight and durable. Love the light color. Great lumbar support. Very easy to assemble...and love the one orange wheel....as optional!

I decided to pay a little more than I have in the past and it was the right decision. This chair has many adjustments, sturdy and good looking. Should last a long time. Can't imagine a better chair.

My chair's lumbar support arrived with the cloth slightly detached from the plastic base. I was concerned, but continued to use the chair thinking it would still have the strength to hold up and might just be more of an aesthetic issue. However, a few weeks later the lumbar support mesh started popping off and caving in (see pics).I really like everything else about this chair. So, hopefully the company can do something to fix this.

Great price for a chair with so much adjustability. The only way it cant be adjusted is moving the arms out of the way, and the lumbar doesn't have a manual adjustment, its just spring loaded to adjust to the user somewhat. I wish I could lock the headrest because it moves easily but I could probably tighten it. The mesh seems to be good quality and the wheels are super smooth. The only thing I didn't like was the way the mesh was attached to the seat at the corners, it was kind of folded over and tucked in and there was a single strand of mesh that poked out and hurt my leg but it was easy to cut off/tuck in. Overall pretty comfy with really good adjustability and seems good for posture.
