We are going to have to buy some other type of hardware for the ladder to hook up to our boat, because it just sits there- it does not attach to anything. One person has to hold the ladder, while the other person goes down the ladder. to say the least, it is very difficult for us to use.

Not strong enough for an adult. This ladder is flimsy... really flimsy. It bends and wobbles and is begging for a trip to the hospital for stitches in your chin. In addition, the supports that mount to the second step (against the boat) are plastic and there is no way they will last. No Bueno!

Quality manufactured. Not for the heavy weight. Over 200 pounds might be a be the limit. Folds and stows nicely.

I don;t normally go cheapest option, but in this case, I needed a ladder that would get me from my Bulkhead to my SUP from time to time. I figured this would be adequate.While it does fold, I'm surprised to see NO locking mechanisms to hold it in the open position. This makes the ladder feel very unsure. Furthermore, mine came with one of the rubber feet missing. It's not in the box. It just didn't come with it. So there's exposed cut aluminum down there, which could become a problem if I'm not careful.The only horizontal supports for the ladder are the plastic steps, so it twists like a helix with little to no effort.Really, only buy this if your TOTALLY sure you want a bargain basement product with like quality.

Easy assembly, as described

I bought this to use on our pontoon. After some modifications, it fit okay into the cups where the previous ladder hooked on to. After the first use, the plastic covering was already tearing off the hooks. After about 4 or 5 uses, it completely broke. I would not waste my money on this item again! Spend a little more and get a better quality ladder.
