Great health option...
I try to eat low carb to cut down on sugar consumption for good health. Fruits offer important nutrients that I need but many are so very high in sugar content. I do eat a limited number of fruits, mostly mixed berries, with breakfast, but I love the numerous fruit extracts that are included in this supplement so at least I am getting a minimum of antioxidants with just one capsule per day.

Only took for 3 days and my tongue start swallowing up. So I must be allergic to something in it.

Love the new Powder Formulation
I’ve been taking the Fruit Full Antioxidants for more than 10 yrs and this is even a better value is the powder formulation and mixes easily in applesauce and has a great taste.
