I absolutely love this beach chair! It is very comfortable for both resting and sleeping on the beach. The design provides great support, and I can relax for hours without feeling uncomfortable. It is lightweight, easy to carry, and perfect for beach days. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable beach chair.

This is my second time purchasing the Ostrich Beach Lounge Chair because I really like how comfortable and adjustable it is. It’s lightweight, easy to fold, and perfect for the lawn, pool, or patio. However, the chair only lasted about a year or two before showing signs of dry rot, even though I stored it properly in my garage when not in use. For the price, I was hoping for better durability. If you want a comfy, portable chair and don’t mind replacing it every couple of years, this is a solid choice — but just be aware it might not last as long as expected outdoors.

I bought this a little over a year ago and have used it constantly through the end of November and had it back out in April. I have used it all summer, dumped water on myself lying in the sun and even had the water hose running on me while lying on it to stay cool with this super hot summer weather we just had. It shows no signs of rust and has not faded. I did leave it outside in the weather if rain was not expected. I am 5’9” and run 190-200 lbs most of the time. In spite of the amount of use and running water on it, it is just as taut now as it was the day I got it. It does not sag anywhere. It is more than long enough and the fabric is thick but not hot. The steel frame does get hot so I cover it with a towel. It is wide enough that I am comfortable on it. I have joint issues, including the spine and have felt supported. It did not aggravate my back. I have had no trouble with it folding up on me when I sit down on it, and can easily sit down on it and stand up without trouble which I cannot do with a standard sized lounge chair. It is weird to fold up and took a minute to get the hang of it and how to carry it without it unfolding on me. It is heavy, but if you want something to support that much weight, it has to be. I am not very strong, but I can lift it without trouble and carry it into the house. The pocket on the side is perfect to put my phone in and shields it from the sun so it doesn’t overheat as I listen to audiobooks and music while out. The only improvement I can mention is it would be nice if the pockets on the side had Velcro or a snap or something to close it. I am thrilled with this purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for these features.

I was very excited to receive these chairs and purchased two of them. Unfortunately, after bringing them to the beach for just one week, both chairs developed issues. On one chair, the foot section would no longer lay flat, while on the other, the head section would not lay flat. I contacted Ostrich regarding a warranty replacement and was advised that, because the chairs were still within Amazon’s 30-day return period, I should return them to the seller. I followed those instructions and returned both chairs. However, the seller determined that there was “nothing wrong” with the chairs and returned them to me. I was then required to pay the shipping cost to have the chairs sent back to me, despite the fact that both chairs were still not functioning properly. I am now left with two chairs that do not operate as they should after only one week of use. I find this extremely disappointing, particularly given the cost of the chairs and the expectation of durability from the Ostrich brand. I had hoped for a much better experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend these chairs.

This chair is great. I wish I would have ordered it earlier. It’s comfortable, sturdy, easy to adjust. The strap that clips on it makes it super simple to transport it to the beach or pool. Love the hot pink color. It’s a great addition to my patio.

We live at the beach year round so I prefer to invest in good pieces of beach furniture because they get a lot of use. I was excited to get our ostrich chairs, however after one summer of consistent use, here is my full review. Pros: I LOVE being able to flip over in my chair and not have to twist my neck around while choosing a side of my face to lie on. The hole is perfect and does make it more comfortable. I also enjoy reading with my arms through the armholes as it makes your book nice and shady and increases eye comfort. The chair is comfortable. The shoulder strap is very convenient. The chair overall is lightweight and easy to transport. Cons: One of our chairs broke after a month and was no longer useable. After reading reviews, this, apparently, is not uncommon. While the face- and armholes are convenient, the chair would be more comfortable if it were a bit higher up (I feel like my face is right in my book and it's just not as comfortable when I'm reading). The hinges do not always lock so if you sit in the chair the back pops up when you sit and then you have to readjust it, hold the back with one hand while you sit, then keep your hand on it while you lean back into the chair. It's kind of a science as to when to let go of the back and let your back fall into it the rest of the way. And it's extremely annoying when you mess that up and have to start all over. The chair gets very smelly if you don't wash it with soap after regular use. Rinsing is not enough. Must use soap. Sweat, city water and salt water create a very bad combination odor on this chair. Don't find out for yourself. Just use soap after every use. I don't know if I would purchase these again. I do like the comfort and convenience of the chair but I'm equally disappointed in their overall performance. I am seeking alternatives and am hoping for good results.

I'm 5 foot 4 and found the bed just the wrong length if you want to use head hole. Uncomfortable on feet/ shins with bottom bar. Also its narrow as a bed which it doesn't need to be with arm holes. It's good but not perfect so for the price I was a bit disappointed

bello poter usarla per leggere stesi sulla pancia. i tubi metallici sono poco rifiniti e quindi pericolosi per la carne umana e per gli interni dell'auto. Arrugginisce con una certa velocità e anche i tubi si son piegati dopo qualche settimana di uso. metto due stelle perchè altre concorrenti sono pure peggiori e meritano zottozero

Calidad. Al igual que los fuertes y agradables que teníamos en los años 1970. Cualquier posición para pies y cabeza. Me gusta.
