I still gained a little color from wearing these shawl arm sleeves while working out in the yard and garden but no sunburns. As long as it is giving me the UV protection, I'll keep wearing. I have also purchased the slip over your head shawl sleeves and liked these slip-ons better. I've been able to wear them over or under my t-shirt. I wash them in a mesh bag and hang them to air dry. Cost effective getting 2 in a package. Fits comfortable with no slipping. Whether they keep you cool is hard to tell when it is hot and humid out. I don't feel they make me any hotter by wearing.

Very nice arm sleeves to cover your arms keeping them safe from sun burn or just the fact that you don't like your arms The only problem is that the shawl shows flesh near the neck and shoulders, giving away the secret that it is not part of the blouse or dress.

The sleeves are comfortable. They're not too long. Just a thumb hole to the rest of the hand is a bit long . They're not going to keep up too long but I need them just to cover up my arms at work while I find a better alternative.

I bought this in haul and I love it. At the beginning I was not sure until I got it. Good arm protection after some age.
