I need to smack door extremely hard for it to close
Even though it's perfectly aligned, I have to smack the door extremely hard to get it to close. Worst of all, there is no way to contact anyone through Amazon, it just has steps to troubleshoot problems that have nothing to do with the one that I'm facing.
