Nice capacity to back up what I need
Works well so far with relatively quick transfer speed, considering that the drive is mechanical. Quite spacious for backing up large file libraries.

Great deal, works well
Bought this because the total combined size of all my other external hard drives wasn't big enough to hold my digital photo collection, and I'd long since outgrown my Onedrive storage, so I wanted to pick up a drive big enough that I wouldn't need to upgrade for years. Downloaded the Seagate auto-backup software, registered the drive, and have now backed up all my photos, art, etc with plenty of room to spare. It stays tucked under my desk next to my battery backup, makes almost no noise, and automatically backs up any new files in the folders that are already backed up, so I don't have to worry about missing any files if my computer kicks the bucket. This drive was a better price than most drives that were only 3/4 the size, and I've always preferred Seagate anyway, so I'm pretty thrilled.

it is falsely sold as "data recovery services included" but if you actually want to use this service due to an issue, they say it is not covered. it should not be listed as such then.

Great Value.
These drives just keep getting bigger. They're ideal for me for media storage. I've been using Seagate Drives for many years. Never a problem. This one appears to be of the same quality.

Best Top Class HDD
Purchased 24TB Seagate Expansion HDD and I can confirm that in all aspects whether be the top Quality and lite Weight portability and fast Speed transfer rate and read write operation and Value for money and Performance and Functionality and Storage Capacity, it deserves to be rated 10/10.

Easy to set up and great storage
Easy to set up, but if you have a Mac, you need to reformat it (which is easy). Good storage. Connection keeps disengaging overnight, not sure if it is the computer sleep function doing that. Seagate has always been the most reliable back up I've had and I have a lot of them. Tried others, and they never last like Seagate - my experience. Comes on sale often, so wait - don't pay full price.

Goed product. Eerst een gekocht en toen die goed beviel (snel en lekker veel ruimte) er nog twee aangeschaft. 99% van de tijd heel stil en gedurende die ene procent ‘slaat’ hij heel hoorbaar. Dat hoort zo.

Value for money
Cheapest large storage I can get. Goes to sleep too quickly. As a result, have to wait for it to rumble and spin up. Quite a bit of vibration during spinning up.
