Catches mosquitoes with the proper attractant. I have had this out since spring and changed the bait every month and it has made a noticeable impact on the mosquito population. Even my neighbors have pointed out how much nicer its been outside this summer. Does not eliminate all of them but now i only see a handful of them instead of literal swarms. One downside is the trap door on the bottom tends to get stuck and it can be difficult to empty it out if you have a lot of bugs in it. I also feel bad because it caught a ton of moths and I don’t really want to harm them. I wish there was a way to avoid that collateral damage.

This worked pretty darn well, did see any mosquitoes in the dead pile of bugs. Definitely found moths , fly's and other unidentifiable flying creatures. Hard to determine if their were mosquitoes in the mess of bugs.

I bought the 1/2 acre trap last year - wow, did it fill up quick! I noticed a significant difference when I unplugged it. Why did I unplug it? I went to empty it and found a HUGE spider in it, apparently eating the dead bugs. In a perfect world, this larger model will also trap spiders.

Pro's: Pretty purple light, catches moths Con's: I have used this for over a month and have moved it throughout my small yard. I cannot tell if it has actually caught any mosquitos, but I can tell you that it has done little to mitigate my mosquito problem. In addition, I also used the Dynatrap lure packets.

I’ve been running this DynaTrap in a warehouse-style garage for about two months. It definitely cuts down on the mosquito population — we notice fewer buzzing around — but it hasn’t wiped them out completely. For a space this large, I question whether the acreage coverage claims are a bit optimistic. That said, it’s quiet, low-maintenance, and makes a noticeable difference, which is more than I can say for a lot of other “solutions” I’ve tried. A good tool in the fight, just don’t expect perfection.

Works great. LED light is much appreciated for its longevity.

This is my forth dynatrap. Second with this type of light. I had read that it was not as efficient, But my biggest problem with the other long bulbs was getting them in and out. This one works well is simple to empty.And I highly recommend it.

Definitely collects mosquitos over night. But does little to reduce population. We use these along with Mosquito Barrier Garlic oil in a pump sprayer. Its Bee & bird safe insect deterrent.

Increíble, pedí este dispositivo a través de Amazon España y lo enviaron desde América y modelo americano que no se puede utilizar en la red europea. No se menciona en ninguna parte que sea un modelo americano. Tuve que devolver el dispositivo por mi cuenta, que costó 266 €.
