I have bought this severally. I love it for my Flatbread

Loved this. I wasn’t sure whether it would make good moin-moin but it did! I added water to the bean flour mix and stirred until smooth, then let it sit for three hours before adding the rest of the moin-moin ingredients (a blended mix of seeded red bell pepper, half an onion, vegetable oil, one egg, one habanero, chicken bouillon and ground crayfish). I divided the batter in two; baked half in a muffin pan covered with parchment paper and the other half in an Instant Pot on the cake setting, with the pot-in-pot method using a Pryex dish covered with parchment paper. Both versions came out great, though the Instant Pot version was moister. I am never soaking and peeling dry beans again. Can’t wait to try it for akara.

The quickest and delicious way to make Akara and moi moi without ever soaking beans overnight or peeling the skin ever again...or worrying about how to dispose of the skin...with akara less water ( think of pancake like dough like texture + salt onion, pepper) with moi moi the usual ingredients no need to add egg.Taste just like one spend hours soaking fresh beans....and making from scratch ; if fact if you never reveal that you made this from powdered beans they would NEVER know...it this that good 👍 tem stars if i could give it..am sad :( because I need to order more...

Made moimoi and it was delish! Used half the pack and double-boiled in small glass bowls using the recipe left by another reviewer (with a few tweaks.) The only thing I'll do different next time is sift the flour. Will buy again!

I most say this was one product I couldn’t wait to get my hands on. I searched everywhere for it. As soon as I got it, I made beans waffle with it and my kids that haven’t had any thing like this before , set it like crazy. They are all. I am definitely hooked on this now. Will be ordering more soon I lobe it that much.next is moi moi and Akara.

Healthier option for flour, great for a variety of recipes. Good value for money. I will be checking out Iya Foods other products.

Love this spice. Made my first successful akara (bean cakes) with it. When I added water, I waited for it to swell, but it didn't like others brands I've tried. That's because Iya Foods doesn't add any fillers. This is ALL honey beans blended up for convenient use. Love it!

Product was good but I cant compare to any other product because I haven't try any other product. It would be nice if they had a larger bag.
