Excellent. Best tracker yet.
I’ve had various sleep trackers, from Sense which required a simple sensor on the pillow but sadly went out of business so their cloud stopped working, and Beddit (now owned by Apple) which is actually probably better than this but there are some caveats (it requires Bluetooth and the Beddit App open). Nokia’s efforts don’t require anything complex, the sensor goes under the mattress - I have a Simba and it’s perfect. You then get into bed and that’s it, just forget about it. It tracks heart rate and sleep quality through the night and simply uses WiFi to send this to the cloud, finally being displayed in the Nokia Health app. If you have an iPhone it can then send the sleep data (but not heart rate data) to Apple Health. Your data belongs to you, and this is important. It’s not locked away like Fitbit does.In terms of accuracy, I find it really quite good. It senses bed time perfectly, and it can tell the difference between sitting on the bed and getting into bed. Sleep detection seems amazing, it’s not always sleep time when getting into bed, and the app reports time to fall asleep. Sleep duration, and depth are tracked also. Of course!Detection of waking up in the morning is good, but it can be a bit hit and miss with getting up time. I do like to laze in bed some days, which probably confuses it. It’s not quite as good as time to sleep detection, but it’s still great - but again there is nothing to do. Just get up and it’s done. It cannot be more simple. All in all, this is highly recommended. It’s excellent value for money.

Works Great
All be it that I have only used this device for one night I am very happy with the results, well maybe not the actual quality of sleep I got but that's not the products fault! seems to be very accurate reading the time I got up to go the toilet, time I go in and out of bed to sleep, time taken to go to sleep, times I was dreaming etc. It also somehow measures heart right which I am not sure how it manages to do that through such a thick mattress but the data seems very plausible. It also managed to detect the length of time it taken me to get out of bed eg. my alarm went of at 0700 and I got out at 0730, how it differentiates that as time taken to get of bed and being awake from just maybe woken up and trying to go back sleep again is beyond me but very impressed so far. Don't make the mistake I made though and start questioning the device and why it does not have a full night of data when you are still in bed! It will update pretty soon after you get out of bed!I have the Nokia / Withings Scales, BP Monitor and now Sleep Tracker, based on the quality of these products will no doubt get the temperature reader just to complete the set!

Nice toy!
Nice gadget ... helps to monitor sleep duration and interruptions ... good solid quality. Makes you aware about lack of sleep. Excellent handling. Withings app as always improvable. Not always accurate ... breathing ... usually says no reliable information ... interruptions irritate as often tells me woke up despite I do not remember waking up. But wll see how it works longer term. Nice add on to BPM core and the scale.

Sent mine back
Have body composition scale from Withings and decided to buy one for my sleep tracking as I don't want to use a watch while I sleep. Easy to set up and nicely made. Still can't understand how something which lay under 30cm mattress can measure your heart beat.......Try it for a week. Usually have at least 6 hours sleep. The maximum amount of sleep that I had according to the tracker was 4 hours. The usual was 3 hours a night, even if my CPAP machine recorded 8 hours use during the night and I have no problems falling asleep or waking up in the morning. Sent it back

Really improved my sleep quality!
I’m mostly interested in my overall health so have a number of connected devices for various things. I wanted something that I didn’t have to wear to monitor my sleep and already have some Withings Scales so it was the obvious choice. It’s given me a good insight in to sleep quality - I was often waking up tired for reasons I couldn’t work out but this has taught me a lot about how much effect sleeping patterns can have. It’s incognito as it lays under the mattress, you don’t even know it’s there which is perfect.Strangely it’s given a competitive edge to sleeping - I want to get a good score which means I have really improved my sleeping habits!Overall very happy with everything about the product! Would recommend for anyone curious about sleep health or wanting to improve their habits.

Nice tracker, ifttt integration handy but NO SYNC TO GOOGLE FIT for sleep data
Tracking is great, ifttt integration makes for some convenient solutions with your smart home.Biggest drawback is that it STILL doesn't sync your sleep to Google even though it was and is advertised as being able to do that. If they fix that, it would be a 5 star but if this crucial element doesn't work, only 3 for me

Great until it’s not
Had this for a while and it worked great. Until it just kept calibrating all the time (buzzes under the mattress) which actually kept me awake! Perhaps they just have a limited life span. A quick search shows I’m not the only one with the problem…

The best sleep tracker I’ve used so far.
I’ve used my Apple Watch for sleep tracking for quite a while, but recently decided I’d rather not sleep wearing it. This replaced the sleep tracking I would miss and so far I’ve found it more representative of how I feel I’ve slept. It picks up the interruptions and waking moments better than my Watch did, and the sleep phases and overall depth of sleep seems better aligned to how I’m feeling, e.g. the days it thinks I’ve not had enough deep / restful sleep are the days I feel a bit sluggish in the morning. It definitely seems better aligned than the Watch.I’ve completely ignored the heart rate tracking as I’m sceptical of how accurate it could be without direct contact, so can’t comment on its accuracy.
