Organics Ocean Pure Magnesium Glycinate Supplement with Zinc, 90 Capsules

I had a condition where I woke up from my sleep, maybe three times a week with leg cramps. Also, I’m sort of a tossing around sleeper. I tried these pills. I only take two because I weigh about 98 pounds or 100 something like that, I have not had one leg cramp in the five weeks that I’ve been taking these capsules and my sleep has been calm and deep. This is a miracle to me. I have suffered from leg cramps for at least five years and not one doctor could help me. These are fantastic. I’ve recommended it to all my friends that have the same issues.

I got a bottle from a friend and it’s by far the best magnesium I’ve taken so I had to buy more. I take this before bed and it has helped me sleep through the night. Magnesium has always helped me with my sleep when I do it consistently but this feels noticeably higher quality which I hate to admit because it’s a little pricey compared to what I can get at a regular store.

I like taxking the magnesium glycinate because of it's health benefits. I realized after a few weeks that taking 3 pills a day, proved to be too much for my body. I'm only 4'10" now because I shrank 😆. Taking three a day causes me to have diarrhea. Now I only take one per day, so I won't need to order it as often. I'll still be ordering it again when I need it. You need to monitor what the magnesium is doing to your body. Everyone's body reacts differently. It's still a great supplement to use. I think actually, the health benefits are worth the extra expense if you can tolerate three pills a day.
