I get my bullet proof coffee (add an egg yolk) all made up in the AM and down 3 capsules (5 is over kill) and it goes to work in about 10 minutes. With most nootropics it takes days to get anything from them. This one surprisingly did not. I purchased to try because of price and what I heard about the quality. If you want something that you can feel pretty quickly get this product, wash it down with some coffee a little grass fed butter and brian octane (MCT Oil). You will be pleasantly surprised.
