I love this planner. The cover and paper are recycled and made from 100% post-consumer waste material, the inks are "vegetable based," and the entire thing is recyclable (it even has instructions on how exactly to recycle it). The planner is setup like a standard monthly/weekly planner with each month beginning with a calendar, and the following pages are the weeks in the month with un-lined boxes for notes AND a box with lines that's not assigned to a day. There are also an additional 10 lined pages in the back. Everything seems to be college-ruled, which I prefer. And the icing on the cake is that each page includes a "Make a Difference" box with tips on how to be green in your everyday life - love it!

the one that was not water stained is nice, the first one arrived unwrapped and stained, but I was able to send it back.

The quality of the paper is poorly and it breaks easily.
