SKS Remote Key Fob Case Shell Cover for Ford F150/F250 2015 2016 2017(FCC ID:M3N-A2C31243300 5 Buttons,Just a Key Shell

Purchased for 2017 F150 Raptor. This shell for the FOB works well as an OEM replacement. Assembly is a little tricky, but no more than the original OEM FOB. I would recommend this item. I bought one first and tried it out. It worked so well that I purchased another. If you see complaints about assembly, I would wonder if that person has ever disassembled and assembled their original OEM FOB.

I have a 2016 Ford Explorer, and both OEM key fob cases have broken. I didn't need the full fob; I just needed the cases. This was perfect. I was able to snap the internals into these without any issues, and they fired right up. NO issues with install. The plastic is slightly different from the OEM, but it doesn't feel cheap or inferior; it's just different. Once you get used to it, it's the new normal. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's been durable and works great. I'd definitely buy again.

I can’t leave a 5 star because I just got them but I’m hoping they last- I used it for my ford explorer 2017 that both keys were broken at the top (original key and the aftermarket key I purchased) install was okay, a bit of work to snap things back into place but do able. I’m a chick that isn’t too savvy at this, just asked for them to be ordered and was way too impatient for it to be done when he got off work so I tried myself only thing I can add is to make sure to pay attention to how the battery goes in since I kept thinking it didn’t work, but it was the fact I didn’t put the battery right on the first set- once I figured my error I did both my sets of keys, second was easy and I also put some case covers on them in hopes to give them more longevity and keep that silver part from snapping off like my old (original key cases did)

I have a 2016 F150 with push button start. This cover fits perfectly. All of the buttons work fine. The only thing that's missing is the Ford name plaque on the back. Be careful to assemble it correctly.

Worked okay for two weeks then buttons started staying depressed. Sets the alarm off, randomly locks/unlocks doors, or opens the trunk. I rarely use the buttons so the issue is not from use. Week three, the shell started falling apart. I have no keys on the key ring at the bottom and that fell off. It sits in my coat pocket by itself so not an issue of going in and out of a pants pocket. It is just poor fit and finish. I would avoid this product.

It came just as described at a more than reasonable price. I used this to replace the shell of the original, in which the key ring was broken off.

Overall works great. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stares is they feel pretty "cheap". By that i mean the plastic it is made out of does not feel like its the best quality. But for the price they are great.

Siempre me gusta dejar una reseña posterior a su uso y así dejar una opinión más certera. En palabras sencillas, es un excelente producto de remplazo para tu llave Ford, en mi caso fue para una Lobo Platinum 2017 en México o F-150 platinum 2017 en los otros países, cuenta con su llave de cerradura para que le puedas hacer su copia, empaques de silicona, y la calidad de material es prácticamente el mismo que el original, tan es así que una vez armado no sientes diferencia alguna al presionar los botones de este, el único punto a observar es que no cuenta con el logotipo de Ford. Dejo algunas imágenes como referencia esperando que mi opinión e imágenes te sirvan para tomar una buena opción de compra.

Looks like a good replacement but for some reason the panic button is very easily tripped accidentally. Very sensitive! Accidentally triggered panic alarm more in first week than almost 6 years of owning the truck!! Works too good, haha!
