Great weight and sharpness out of the box, worth the cheap price! (Is smaller than a machete tho)
Sharp out of box, good weight, strong handle and blade and the saw also works pretty good. Worth the price. ( A little smaller than a usual machete but ay, it's below $15 can't complain! ) Overall, worth itttt! (I mainly collect these knives/machetes so I couldn't say if its ideal for genuine outside use but it sure does look nice)

Bad review? Not from me....
A few complaints about the quality of this knife that wasn't even $15 in the comments. Ignore them. For about the price of a cheap dinner for myself, i got a damn good deal. Its full tang, nice and heavy, super sharp and I wasnt expecting a Gerber, but this thing is closer to that than it is to trash. I think its a great buy for that price, anyday. If you want perfection, it isnt available anywhere for $15.

This is SAW Sexy.
Is it possible to fall in love with such an item??? I don't care because I have fallen in love with this item. It's the perfect size, weight, grip, and esthetic for the price point. Arrived sharp enough to slit the sheath so no complaints there either. Super pleased.

Amazing Machete terrible sheath
The machete itself is decent it has weight to it and feels good in the hand, the case it came with fell apart In a day but for the price I'd definitely say it's worth it unless your looking for one with a quality sheath.

Works great
I bought this knife for my son who loves just going out in the woods on our mountain property. It has a nicely sharpened blade and a decent saw. It is well built and doesn't feel cheap. Something cool for him to go out in the woods with and be a boy for a while. Good price and good product.

Not that sharp, handle strap breaks after 2 days of camping
Machete has nice weight and a decent handle to it, easy to hold or chop. The sheath it came in with it has cheap velcro like strap and a main strap to hook through a carabiner or to hang onto something, well it breaks after 2 days without even using it. I had it hanging on the side while hiking and just the action of moving around with a machete on the side somehow broke the strap, i dont know how else am i supposed to expect the quality of the rest. Machete is sharp, just is NOT that sharp, you can chop or saw small branches, but if they are bigger than 3.5" in diameter youre gonna have a hard time using the machete to cut anything. Best is to use it to fend off a person, or maybe if a tiny snake try to bite you, really it doesnt cut anything but meat and softer materials, that's my honest take on it. It is OK

11.6 " PROP KNIFE. NOT FUNCTIONAL. NOT A MACHETE.
****11.6" KNIFE!!!****. NOT A MACHETE!! Blade NOT 17" long as stated. Entire knife not 17" long. Suspect this was reclassified as a "machete" to keep clear of UK's new "Zombie Knife" ban, which this would fall under. And since I'm looking at it - good for an adult Halloween costume, or a prop, but it as a knife it could be DANGEROUSLY BAD knife. The blade is NOT sharpened...at all - like a stage prop. The teeth on the "saw" side of the blade are also not sharp - they are an even 1/8" across at the points. So, probably just sharp enough for someone to get hurt trying to use it. It is also very badly balanced, so weight is irrelevant. Machine marks and stamping defects are visible on the blade despite the flat black paint, and oil is bleeding through much of the surface. If put to strenuous use or mechanically sharpened, the blade looks like it could shatter. The handle grip is hard plastic with sharp, unfinished edges (so I guess it's not completely dull). The handle would not seal out moisture; so the inside would never dry, and the blade and probably the screws would rust, creating two more ways the non-machete could break under normal use conditions and cause an injury. You'd be better off picking up an old carving knife from the Goodwill if need something functional for yard work, because this isn't gonna cut it. ;-) This knife would is not a good value no matter the price. I'm returning it.
