I got this O!VITA Buffered Vitamin C 1000mg for Support of Immune Health, 100 buffered Non-GMO Tablets, 100-day Supply in not to long ago and this is a good supplement. So when I seen this I had to look up what the difference was between buffered and unbuffered vitamin C was. Both buffered and unbuffered vitamin C have pretty much the same nutritional benefits, but buffered vitamin C is less acidic, it means that it will cause less stomach irritation and it's less likely to produce kidney stones so looks like I’ll be getting buffered vitamin C from now on. Vitamin C is good for all kinds of things including - good ani antioxidant - Helps immune system - Helps cardiovascular system - Helps heart disease - Helps high blood pressure - Helps gout - Helps iron deficiency - Helps memory Just to name a few. Another reason I like this is it’s one tablet per serving and you get 100 of these so you get a little over 3 months worth which it’s great. I also like that this is made in the USA and non gmo. These tablets are a little bigger then normal but I didn’t have any issues swallowing them. Overall excellent vitamin C supplement plus you get a ton of them. I would recommend these
