Natural Golden Tunisian Dates with Branches, Fresh and Sweet Mediterranean Fruit, Traditionally Harvested, 900g Large Family Pack

These dates were advertised as fresh yet were not sticky and were so dry and hard that it was impossible to chew them. The fact that the product weighed 800g instead of the advertised 900g clearly indicated that they had somehow dehydrated in storage. I had to soak them in water for 24 hours before I could eat them and then they were delicious but they WERE NOT THE FRESH TUNISIAN DATES I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE!

The dates was ok,, but the seller was excellent to deal with,, I had an issue and he solved it as professional gentleman,,,it was good to deal with you and thank you for understanding and being a great help

The dates I received were dry and shrivelled but still edible if soaked, a little disappointing as there was 900 gram.

Excellent 5-star service from this supplier. The goods arrived at the allotted time and were well packaged. The goods were exactly as described by the seller. I have no complaints or problems with the overall standard of services as supplied by this seller or with the product.

I would rather not even give one star for this. They are completely inedible, hard, rock hard !! and dry. And there is no returns policy!! Do not waste your money!

These dates arrived rock hard and are basically inedible, even after soaking in water overnight. I have purchased these before but this is the first time I will be returning them for the reason mentioned earlier.
