Exactly what I was looking for!! Perfect!!
I had been looking FOREVER for a way to make my Classic iPod Bluetooth capable. Most of the Bluetooth transmitters I found, plugged into the 30-pin power connector at the bottom of the device. I needed something that would let me still charge the iPod if needed at the same time it was transmitting, if at all possible. This was it!!This transmitter plugs into the headphone jack at the top of the Classic and works wonderfully! However, The first time I used it, it died pretty fast, but I keep it plugged into a battery pack and haven’t had a problem since. The sound is great once you get it turned up loud enough to hear. Each time I pair with my Bluetooth headset, I have to reset the iPod volume (which has to be pretty high to hear, and drains the iPod battery) and the volume on my headphones. It’s Just a little quibble but overall one of the best ways to make those old iPods work with the increasingly available wireless head/earphones out there.

Great product
The Bluetooth connection is wonderful. gave me more freedom using earbuds with my iPod, was annoying getting cord of headphones and buds stuck on arms or door handles. Battery lasts long and helps me get through busy nights at work sometimes. Sound works great with some Bluetooth speakers and all earbuds i have, not sure about headphones though. Also very useful when i am gaming single player at night and don't want to wake up my parents, especially when i'm playing fps games.

Bluetooth audio adapter
I purchased 2 these. The first one work good but the battery life was to short, so I purchased another one to make up for the short battery life. It worked good for a few days then it quit working all together.

Too much lag
I bought this to use with my Nintendo Switch. However there is at least a half second of audio delay, making it unusable for games. I tried it on both Apple AirPods and some Beats headphones. It did pair well and is fine for just music but the amount of lag is a showstopper.

Not worth it !!
Junk! - Took hours to pair and then only poor sound from one speaker

Brings old school to the modern day
This works like a champ. I have an old school ipod, I was tired of always having to have an aux cord around to listen to my music. This device solved that problem. The only issue is the battery life you only get about 4 hrs of use on a charge. But in most cases that is long enough.Well worth the money.

Great product, bad in busy areas
This product is absolutely amazing - from top to bottom. A little bulky for my taste, as I plan to use it with my iPod Classic and my Switch, it does jut out rather profoundly. But, sound quality (connected with my Apple AirPods) is absolutely great! Same sound quality as if I were connected directly to an Apple product. The issues lies on the bluetooth connectivity. If you're indoor, you'll be totally fine, no issues. You can take it down to your pants pockets or leave it on a table as you walk around. However, as a NYC dweller, the moment I go outside, I will get interference and lose audio. Depending on which pocket I may have it, I would lose sound to the opposite side AirPod. If I have a shirt pocket, it will be decent at best, but now I have to strategically figure out my outfit for the day depending if I'm taking my iPod or not. That's my biggest gripe with this. I wish there was an option to adjust the frequencies a bit so I could maximize connectivity but there's not much to be done on that end. But with everything else considered, this product is magic. I've been using it all week off 1 charge. Sound quality is great. Just wish the bluetooth was stronger for city dwellers. It does depend where in the city you are, but found difficulties even in outer boroughs and quiet areas.

Works really well
I use this so I can use an external Bluetooth speaker with my ancient iPod Video, which debuted before Bluetooth was generally available (or, more likely, before Apple figured out, "hey, you know what would be great on the iPod? Bluetooth!"). I had no trouble syncing the unit with the speaker, and I don't see any loss of fidelity from using a wired connection. I'm satisfied!
