Indeed, this comes with 1 Wii U Gamepad, the one you can see on the front of the packaging. It is meant to be used by 1 player, and if you want to play a game with 2 or more players, you'll have to buy some Wiimote controllers. Do NOT buy another Wii U Gamepad, you only need 1 per console.

Can i change the language of this console to spanish?

Pretty sure you can but not sure how sorry. I think you have to go into settings. I know you have the option when it is new and you set it up
