It's a joke. It's soooo thin. Not worth it. You can buy foam from a store instead of paying sooo much and derive better benefit

The packet was open and in a single plastic bag which tore on the way. The pillow has cuts on it (see pic).Looks the stains it is delivered with. Also has a weird agarbatti and cheap oil smell. Very disappointing for such an expensive pillow.

Inaccurate description. The height is way less. Maybe 1.5-2 inches but they claim 3 inches. I let it sit for 2 days but height is the same

Not good for neck pain increased after using this pillow

Doesn't seems like original product got delivered this time because earlier ones had different packaging and quality was also not the same

Pillow is very firm but hard and gave more neck painIt was not soft.Moreover the thin pillow I received in a cool gel pillow boxIt is packed in cover but there is dust on the pillow cover inside. Not sure if they sent new pillow.

Pathetic product. Stinking so bad I had to throw away the piece. The smell didn’t go from the foam even after the wash. Threw away it in garbage. Big NO for this brand.

This product is terrible. It gave me a headache and neck ache after using it, which makes me think the materials are very low quality. I would not recommend this to anyone; it's the worst product I've ever bought.
