What a club!
One of the biggest reason I like this club is that it can be adjusted to me.There's 3 weights on the bottom that allow me to move them around to create bias based on how I'm hitting the ball.. i.e. pushing to the right or pulling, etc.. As well, the lie can be changed at the hozel with supplied wrench. Here's the breakdown of what you can do with the shaft/hozel adjustments:- PXG Standard loft, -3* lie (creates a fade bias)- Flat Minus, -1* loft, -2.5* lie- Big Minus, -1.5* loft, -1.5* lie- Small Minus, -1* loft, -0.5 lie- Standard “Dot” Setting (creates a draw bias)- Small Plus, +1* loft, -0.5* lie- Big Plus, +1.5* loft, -1.5* lie- Flat Plus, +1* loft, -2.5* lie * = degreeIf all this is too scary. Take the club into PXG to do a club fitting so they can tune it.I've supplied an image to show the weights and how to determine their gram rating based on the dots displayed. Again, more adjustments to create bias based on how you swing.Btw, I got the 22 degree club. Stiff flex. The 22 degree loft as you can see above can be adjusted up or down up to 1.5 more or less loft. Again, such flexibility in the club is awesome! The dispersion of this club over my hybrids I own was might tighter too. Seems they've figured out how to handle the spin rate for off center hit better.Just a great club if you're serious or want to get serious about your game!

Excellent replacement for my 3-iron
I got the 19 degree hybrid with a regular graphite shaft. It took a while, but I've finally come to accept that I'll never be as strong and flexible as I was 15 years ago. I decided to ditch my 3-iron with a firm steel shaft and replace it with this PXG hybrid. Suffice it to say that I love this club. I can hit my desired distance more consistently and with less effort than my 3-iron. I should add that this PXG 0311 hybrid is a big step up from the 0211 hybrid, in my opinion. The feel and adjustability is worth the extra cost. This club looks great. It has a good feel with the right amount of feedback. The grip feels excellent also, soft and grippy with a good amount of feedback. The hosle can be adjusted (loft and lie). This club has three sole weights. Mine came with two light weights at the ends and one heavy weight in the middle. The weights can be switched around if you want draw or fade bias. Optional weights can be purchased separately for more customization. If you're willing to spend this much on a club, I would recommend getting fitted first so that you get the right loft, shaft, weights, grip size, etc. so that you get the full value of what you will be spending. Alternatively, you could just take the club to the range and experiment with different settings. But be sure to get the proper shaft for your swing speed and style.

Great quality
I cannot hit this thing to save my life but I tend to only be able to hit the clubs in my bag - my son loves this club

A pleasure to own and use
I like golfing, and I like using nice equipment. This hybrid is enjoyable to use as it checks a lot of boxes for me. Performance wise, I am the limiter, not this club. Additionally, I like how it is adjustable to suit different styles of play. I am also a tinkerer, and making small adjustments is another aspect I like about using this club. On top of all of that, I think the design is really cool. I will enjoy using this club for a long time, and I may add another one to my set for more versatility.

Beatiful Club that Plays Well.
The media could not be loaded. Requested this hybrid in the 25 degree regular flex version and love it (kind of). As I indicated in another review I was recently hit by a car in a crosswalk and asked my son to test this at the driving range. So my son really loves it and why I kind of love it at this point - can't wait to give this a try on my own - drat.Comes with a very nice club cover. First inspection yields a very well constructed and attractive club. The grip is comfortable, the shaft is top notch and we both like the ability to install weights on the foot to compensate for individual swing patterns. Note there are 3 weight positions on the foot providing the ability to install a different weighted weight as desired at each position. Note when installing these weights I'd suggest using Locktite blue or something similar to ensure they don't vibrate loose during play. PXG provides a wrench to extract/install these as well. One thing that was really a hit with both of us was the carbon crown. Really an attractive addition to this club reducing weight and helps to maximize swing velocity. This was one feature that immediately hit me and was the first thing my son commented on.In terms of playability the comments I received were very favorable. The shots in the video were actually the first few my son made after being introduced to the club. I'd say it was like a meeting of old friends from the get go. After taking a few shots my son commented this would be a great substitute for long irons and thought it provided much more control.Another winning club from PXG.
