Excellent build quality. Sturdy & heavy duty

Seems to be stable but durability of the plastic material used for ladder steps can be commented upon after some use.

Very comfortable and easy to use. It's also stable so you can use it even when alone.

Although the ladder looks and feels ok and it does has some weight to it, but when climbing, one has lack of confidence, fearing that it might fall sideways due to straight design. If it were triangle shaped (where the bottom part is wider than the top) then it would surely be nice.The ladder weight is not much either, even though it says 8Kg (I bought 5 steps one), I still think the weight should be around 13-15KG, seeing it's made of iron. The iron also feels like cast iron. The steps are made of plastic. They feel solid and there's support material in the bottom of each step plate. But when one puts weight on it, they bends, not too assuring.For a 2700 Rs cost, I expected a better quality than this.

Poor product quality., not open up properly. No return but only replacement which can not be done easily, Trying to replace from 2 days but failed. No customer care number to contact

Buy a bigger model .thus one hardly helps
