Arrived with the lid completed smashed inside the plastic wrapping. So unable to take in swim bag, not worth sending back so will have to find something to decant into

This shampoo is absolutely awful, the texture is thick and sticky and it’s really hard to get it out of your hair. I’ve tried it twice after swimming and both times my hard was crunch and oily when it dried.

This stuff is awesome. I swim 4x a week and nothing could take the chlorine smell out of my hair no matter how many times I washed it. SoCozy 3:1 leaves my hair soft and clean and smelling like shampoo. The product is dark, not black, but almost purple and very thick. It lathers up normally (white) and the scent is mild. The darkness is from the charcoal, I believe. I wish it came in a larger size, I'd buy ten litres of it, if I could.

does the job and lathers up well. though it is recommended to complete with a round of conditioner. not tearfree unfortunately. I know scents is personal but kid prefers other anti chlorine shampoo over this.
