Blackout (1978) - Region Free PAL, plays in English without subtitles

During a New york blackout,a gang of violent criminals escape from a prison bus & terrorize the residents of a luxury apartment building...Great 70's low budget thriller with some good performances & a claustrophobic setting.The actual dvd is great quality too with a nice clear picture- having previously watched this movie on an old video,it was great to watch it all cleaned up!

This was a good film, it was a mad film but it was well done, i would reccomend it to others.

A nice piece of sleaze from the 70's.... an okay story that sometimes suffers from bad acting..I'm happy I have seen it and certainly will watch it again..

For a B movie it's very entertaining, but I don't think I'd recommend someone should buy it. Although if you see it on one of the movie channel, it's worth a viewing. Only once!

I purchased this movie because I thought I had seen it before when I was a kid and I'm also a fan of June Allyson. Turned out it wasn't the same movie I thought it was and June Allyson probably isn't in it a whole five minutes. It's about some guys that break into an apartment building during a blackout and begin terrorizing and killing the residents. Though it's not as graphic as some of the movies of today, it's graphic enough and leaves you with a rather unsettled feeling. Not one I would watch again.

Okay,it's a B-Picture,but One off my favourite Thriller!!I love this movie.A bunch of great actors are in this cheapo.Mitchum & Carradine made a great performance.When you're a thriller-fan,you can't go wrong by this small price!Dig that cheapo!!!

I originally watched this movie thinking it was another movie with same name it wasn't the movie I thought it was but good none the less

I would buy from this seller again. Fast service and the movie was in great condition.
