I purchased this soak in anticipation of having some really sore muscles after starting a new work out regimen. After a few days of working out I decided it was time to give the soak a try. To my amazement, it not only helped alleviate my muscle soreness, it seemed to help reduced some swelling that I have been having around one of my ankles for the last 6 weeks or so AND it also helped clear my sinuses. I know that it has eucalyptus in it but I was not expecting these benefits. I will definitely buy more of this to keep on hand for any future aches, pains, colds, etc. Oh, I almost forgot.....after my soak, I slept like a baby and woke up the next morning with more energy than I have had in a long time.

Way over priced! I got I bath/soak from it, and then the bag was empty. It's no different from the ones you get in drug store for $3.00. What a waste. :(Update! I'm certain I received a bad batch because they truly stand behind their product!I didn't contact them, but they read my review and they gave me a refund, I didn't even ask for a refund! You can feel comfortable purchasing from them, if you don't like it, they go out of their way to make things right.

I purchased it first thinking that I was getting a flowery smelling bath Epsom Salts and was taken by surprise when they smelled strong of Eucalyptus instead. In fact, being heavy handed with bath products and contrary to the advice I got from the company, I put too much in and had to cut down my soaking time because the aroma was too strong LOLI thought that the relaxation was great, but I did not see the full benefits of the salts until I hurt my back couple of days later. I spent 2 sleepless nights in great amount of pain as I was not able to get to the chiropractor to fix the problem. Then I thought of the "Sore Muscle Rescue" and gave it a try. I was amazed to wake up 8 hours later, totally refreshed!Granted - the salts did not fix my back, but they definitely made my life more bearable even with the sore back.I think they are great value because you only use about 2 tablespoons per bath so they last a lot longer than other bath salts I use and they definitely work. Highly recommended.

I was not very pleased with this purchase. It came in a very small burlap bag and the smell was not good. After opening it and using it to see if that smell would subside..it did not. There were pieces of flowers floating and when getting out of the soak they stuck to me and a shower was definitely needed. I would not order this product again.

From spouse of account holderThis is not my favorite of the salts I have used. I found this product messy. Now... It does seem to have more ingredients than other salts. The scent is more of an herbal aroma. Great if you like more of an earthy smell.Good idea but glad I took a chance and tried the product.

Got this for my sons sore, tired, teen, football,l overworked muscles and he loves it. it does leave quite the ring around the tub and junk in the drain but may just be worth it.

Not at all worth what we paid. We bought this as a gift and when it came, it smelled so terrible, almost moldy, we had to seal it in a bag. I would never bathe in this!
