Awesome reference
This book REALLY helped me out. When you are staring at a 1000-page Work Package and Specifications and a 300 page drawing set, you don't want to miss anything. This reference helps simplify things and makes you feel like you have a mentor walking you through the steps.

Price
It's an embracement that the author and publisher thought it professional to charge the amount they are for a PAMPHLET with only 14 pages of substance. If there was no star, I would have put no stars.

Peer Review
As a P.M. that went back to the trades for 18 years, I found this book to be the perfect concise refresher.I felt like oh yeah I knew that, but I did not remember the process .Buy this book if you have common sense and you have enough to be knowledgeable with a project.

A good start for young engineers
It's a good but short book. It addresses many details that young engineers should know before encountering actual situations on jobsite.

Very Basic Book
Very basic. But appropriate since it is a A"Basics" book.

15 electronic pages
Poorly written — spelling, grammar, punctuation, and almost NO content. Could have learned more from a construction management blog. Don’t waste your money.

One Star
Complete waste of time.

Easy read that can be done on the way to work
Great breakdown of the work required by a GC. Nothing ground breaking, however, it is an excellent introduction that should be read by all entry level employees.
