This is a very good water bottle , no leakage, light weight and ver sturdy. The spout is not rubber and the straw is wide enough to clean properly. Very easy, comfortable to carry and good lid preventing water leakage. The colours are very subtle and it is a very economical choice in long run, as the inner body is steel. My daughter loves it.

The product quality is good, leakproof and insulation works well to retain warm water. It comes with 2 straws and straw cleaner also. My son likes the bottle design and takes it to school and play. I also appreciate the customer service provided by Tom and bell. Details below- Unfortunately, Place where we attach straw in the bottle cap broke within 20 days on date of purchase. I went to Tom and bell Instagram page and followed a link to WhatsApp chat. They listened patiently and understood my issue. Upon verifying the order, they replaced the bottle cap within next 5 days. I appreciate them for their business ethics and importance to customer satisfaction.

I've been using this bottle for over three months, and I've found it really sturdy in terms of build and design. The silicone cover at the bottom prevents damage that might otherwise cause the bottom to bend a bit. Overall, it's a must-buy from my side.

Bottle is very sturdy and longest surviving bottle of my toddler so far. After probably a year, he managed to tear the silicone cup . That's the point I want to highlight here ." I contacted the team through instagram...to check if they can provide a spare cup" and YES they not only responded but sent over the silicone cup . So a Happy customer here.... bought this insulated water bottle for my daughter based on the claim that it keeps water hot for up to 12 hours. Unfortunately, it doesn’t even retain heat for 2 hours. The water becomes lukewarm very quickly, which completely defeats the purpose of buying an insulated bottle. On top of that, the bottle leaks badly. It leaked inside my child’s school bag and soaked her books, causing unnecessary inconvenience and damage. This is unacceptable, especially for a product meant for kids. The product description is misleading, and the build quality is clearly poor. I would not recommend this bottle to anyone, particularly for children or school use.

Superb quality (strong built and nice design ). The straw slips at times but stilll best option as compared to other options available here.My daughter loves it.
