I love the material. You can swing this thing and it will not slip from your hands. You can easily bend it with no problem, but feels like very strong material. It's an a must for me and my wife.

The Bar is well made and the instructions are clear. However, the one that I purchased is much more difficult to bend than the one that I used during Physical Therapy

This therapy bar does serve its intended purpose of continuing my physical therapy at home, but it is not as nice as the ones at my PT’s office. It does work, but I feel like I’m asking a lot of it in performing simple exercises, and the resistance has decreased with continued use.
