Great to have.
Works like a charm. I love the extra memory which allows me to store my extensive collection of CD disks. Now i don't have to subscribe to a music service.

Works as expected. Thanks.
Wish apple still produced the old iPods but this will do to keep my large music collection.

Synchronization Failure--Terminal Flaw for More than a $400.00 Item
Functionality: file space-5stars; SSD-5stars; Sound Quality-5stars; Battery Life-5starsSTATUS: Returned. Value for Money-1star--the problem is that there are no instructions for the device itself--no contact number for customer care--no response when using the chatbot. there are three sync options provided in iTunes but this iPod only would allow me access to the "Manual" option and it does not overwrite---you get only dupes in file transfer. This is a 5 star product with a synch problem that reduces its usefulness to 1 star coupled with no customer/tech support readily available. The price tag is far too "high" to have a synch issue. I would buy this product again if someone fixed the unacceptable customer service and the synch problem...the link to setting up the iPod is to iTunes help manual...this does nothing to address an upgraded product....I have more than 21k songs in my library. My 'original" 160gb iPod is running out space fast (which made this product an attractive feature to me)---but is a 5 star product with no problems.

It is a huge storage space. It's great to have a lot of music in one device. Love it. Best mp3 player ever

Perfection
I replaced an earlier model. Plenty of storage, 25k songs so far and using less than half the capacity. Battery seems indefatigable runs for hours. Works almost seamlessly with iTunes. An indispensable component of me audio systems.

Item failed to function, seller blocked info
I was excited to receive my refurbished iPod, but then discovered after several attempts that it failed to load the songs on my iTunes account. Some loaded, but only a small percentage despite showing there was plenty of storage space available. I then tried to return the item, but it arrived without paperwork or return address. I looked up the website and left a message that I needed an address to return it to. Several dats I got a response that it was too late to do so and no address was offered.

Couldn't Justify $400.
While I am returning this iPod, the product overall worked well. I bought this because eBay did not accept American Express, and I was concerned that 128 GB of storage would be too small for all the songs I wanted to have. Before purchasing an iPod, it's essential to know how to use it effectively. You will not be able to add Spotify to it, and you will have to add all your songs one by one. While you can use Spotify or Apple Music, you will need to convert the song to an MP3 format to transfer it to your iPod. One thing I found annoying, which is not the seller's fault, is that it was more difficult to add music to the iPod using my Mac than it was on a Windows computer, especially when creating playlists. One of my primary reasons for returning the iPod is that it cannot be turned down all the way. For almost $430, the volume should be able to be muted. While it isn't the biggest deal, it was something that bothered me because of how much I spent. I also came nowhere near the 1TB amount, which would have justified spending $400 on the device. Although it was cheaper on Amazon, it came with a flaw, and I had no other storage options. Before I sent back the iPod, it indicated that the battery had not decreased at all, despite not being plugged in for at least 4 days. Therefore, I'm not entirely sure if the battery was that good or if the connections or wiring were compromised during the modification. Finally, the seller did include a charging cord, which worked, a little stiff, and I had to push it in slightly. It also had headphones, the iPod, and a charging block. The help and tutorial card included led to a website that was no longer working, so again, if you don't know much about an iPod, it's probably not the best purchase.TLDR;Cons:- iPod would not go down (mute)- Had to get a ton of storage due to no other options- MacBook made adding songs a little difficult- ExpensivePros:-Cheaper than on Ebay- Came with everything you needed
