Extremely good product at an extremely good price. They are easy to take and swallow. I have just started them so I'm going to give it time to see if I get results, but it does seem to be a very high quality. It does not bother my stomach and I have no side effects whatsoever. I have tried several different types of supplements and I have tried different companies for the same supplements. I've figured out that not all supplements are created equal. I heard that these were good for reducing stress, so I bought them. Not only did I feel less stressed, but I also found more energy when I took them. I was not expecting that and I do like them now.

So I was diagnosed with anxiety about 12yrs ago. For the first 10yrs I was prescribed and took Vistaril and Gabapentin, they both worked and stabilized me the issue was that after taking them for so many years I started to have side effects mainly from the Gaba and tolerance build up on both so I stopped taking them and decided to try natural supplements and found Ashwangda works wonders. I have taken the brand Youththeory with KSM everyday for the past 2yrs and they have helped tremendously. A few weeks ago I had ran out and couldn't wait the week it would take for them to come so I researched and came across this brand and received them the next day. I've been taking them for a month now and while they work I notice that they are not better than the Youththeory brand, there not as strong and need to be taken more often. This is just my opinion though there price definitely reflects there effectiveness, but not a bad second choice at all!!
