Good product wrks well and easy to set up

The LED lamp stopped working after several hours... The pump still works as it should, but the light is off. It is frustrating because some of my seeds show signs of germination, and a return might not be possible at this point. Edit: The LED is turned back on, but still unreliable. But my seeds are all sprout and they seem happy.

My son loved his gardening so thought he might enjoy this. He absolutely loved it. Great value for money. I receive regular updates on how everything is growing so would say that this does everything that it should do. This 12 pod doesn’t take up too much room in kitchen and fits in with the surroundings. From all accounts everything is straight forward and easy to use.

Easy to use and set up, our first plants sprouting!

I grew some really good basil for a couple of months and then unfortunately the programmable part of it failed. I'm often away so need it to come on and off automatically but this no longer works. It'll go off at the end of the day but not come on next day.

Great home set up at a good price

I bought 2 of these. 1 for a friend. I have set mine up. Straight up I have noticed there isn’t any cover for the plug spaces not in use. These are provided with other makes/models. I had to mess around with the float for a while to figure it out- a simple demonstration would have saved the confusion. Perhaps adding a video demonstration would be helpful. I will update after a few weeks.

Uso questa serra idroponica da un po’ e sono davvero soddisfatto: le piante crescono veloci, sane e senza sporcare, perfetta da tenere in cucina o in casa. Le 12 postazioni permettono di coltivare tante erbe e insalate diverse insieme, con luce LED potente e timer automatico che fanno praticamente tutto da soli. ​ Pro: Luce LED a spettro completo con modalità già preimpostate molto efficaci. ​12 baccelli, ideale per avere sempre un piccolo orto misto a portata di mano. ​Serbatoio grande con pompa silenziosa e allarme quando l’acqua è bassa. ​Altezza lampada regolabile per seguire le piante dalla germinazione alla crescita. ​Kit davvero completo: basta aggiungere i semi e si parte subito. ​ Contro (minimi): I semi non sono inclusi, vanno acquistati a parte. ​Occupa un po’ di spazio sul piano, ma è normale per avere 12 piante. ​ Nel complesso è un prodotto che consiglio senza esitazioni a chi vuole un orto domestico moderno, semplice da gestire e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Después de 3 meses de uso puedo decir que funciona muy bien. Ya he recolectado 2 veces el eneldo, y varias veces el perejil, el cilantro y la albahaca. Lo tenemos colocado en la cocina, y le da un toque moderno. Además, el servicio post venta es muy profesional, me surgió un problema y lo solucionaron de manera muy eficaz. Por último, comentar que es importante no rellenar de agua por encima de las marcas, porque desborda y puede encharcar la superficie donde apoya el recipiente.

La bomba ha djado de funcionar un mes después de comprar el sistema pero me he puesto en contacto con el fabricante y estuvo muy dispuesto a ayudar. Al no poder solucionar el problema, me ha enviado un equipo de repuesto. Excelente atención y mis plantas han crecido muchísimo en solo 6 semanas!
